San Pietro Palace Hotel

The staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. I identified a small issue with our room and they were prompt in their response and very courteous. They made us feel welcomed on arrival and were very friendly and helpful during our three night stay. The hotel is nicely located near the sea and near great restaurants and shopping.

Fint hotell som ligger väldigt bra, nära både strand och de gamla fina gränderna med massa restauranger. Personalen gav bäkfigt bra service och ville verkligen få oss att trivas, hit kommer vi gärna tillbaks.

Hotel nel pieno centro di Finale Ligure. Tutto ottimo dall'accoglienza al check-in con posto auto per scarico bagagli, alla stanza e colazione .
Non abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio perché purtroppo è possibile utilizzarlo solo fino al check-out. Comunque a pochi minuti dall'hotel c'è un parcheggio coperto a 14 euro al giorno.
Hotel consigliatissimo.

Great stay (family of 4). Very nice hotel, nice location, but most importantly nice staff that helped with a lot of things:
- recommended and booked all the restaurants for us. (recommendations were actually very good)
- sorted out reservation with the beach. (Yes, for those new to Italy - this is a thing :) and if you do not sort it out in advance you might not be able to get a good location)

Honestly, they were really really good.
I wish our room was a bit more spacious and interesting for the money we have paid, but I can live with that given how we were looked after.

P.S. Next time I'd book a suite for family the of 4 but unfortunately all of them were booked for the current trip.

Very good location, very well maintained, great breakfast option on the promenade, our family room with modern access with a bell etc. was very spacious, the bathroom was very comfortable and large, well insulated windows, excellent air conditioning

Lovely hotel right on the beachfront. Great location, charming English speaking staff. Rooms smallish but very clean and comfortable . Excellent wifi, parking available at additional cost. Lovely breakfast

Very lovely hotel with beautiful rooms overlooking the ocean. Exceedingly well equipped with all amenities and a courteous and helpful staff.

ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙﾙｰﾑに予約を入れた。１泊€２１０と周りのホテルに比べて高めだったが、このホテルに決めたのは、Expediaのサイトに掲載されていた当該の部屋の写真が、洗面台も２つあるなど、非常に広々としモダンに見えたためだった。しかし夜遅くに到着すると、ベッドだけで一杯の、スーツケースすら広げられない非常に狭い部屋に案内された。フロントの男性は「海側の部屋にアップグレードしてあげた」と言っていたが、我々が到着したのは夜で、翌朝も早く出発するため、景色の良さは意味がなく、これ程狭くなるのはむしろダウングレードだと感じた。急ぎ外で食事を済ませた後、改めて部屋の変更を訴えると、スタッフが夜勤の男性に代わっていて、「他に部屋はない」と言われた。本当にないのか再度確認すると、実は１室残っていたことが判明し、真夜中に移動した。当初案内された部屋よりは広かったが、洗面台も１つしかなく、掲載された写真の部屋とはほど遠かった。翌朝、昨晩最初にいたスタッフがいたので改めて写真と余りにも違うことを抗議すると、「文句はエクスペディアに言ってくれ。自分たちも２年前から写真が違うと抗議しているが、彼らが変更しないからだ。掲載されているのはもっといい部屋で、あなたたちは一番安いダブルルームを予約したんだから仕方ない。本当はもっと暗くひどい部屋だが、自分が海側にしてあげたんだ」と言われた。ホテル側の言い分が正しいのかは不明だが、謝るどころか客を小ばかにしたような言い方は不快だった。部屋も古いし、朝食もおいしくなく、とてもお勧めできない。／I booked a double room for €210 for one night. It was rather expensive compared to oher hotels in the area, but we chose here because the room pictures on Expedia's website looked very spacious and modern.

No basics in room like tea kettle, luggage stand, and weak wifi.
Have to pay for umbrella and lettinos at beach, and charge for towels. Not 4 star quality!

zur Erkundung der ligurischen Küste ist Finale Figure ein guter Ausgangspunkt. sehr bekannt auch für Freeride Biker.

Une tres bon accueil, une equipe très professionnels des et gentil.

Wir hätten gerne die Küste ausgekundschaftet. Leider nicht möglich weil die Auto-Garage weit weg war. Es war sehr umständlich das Auto mit Hotelpersonal herzuholen.

Wonderful! Service was amazing. Roberto was like having family in Italy and Lucca is amazing!
