Es un hotel raro porque está en un edificio en el cual tienen como apartamentos para atención abajo te atienden bien. Si necesitas que pedir un taxi tienes que tener dinero en mano porque ellos en la aplicación no tienen metida en la tarjeta y solo pueden llamar a taxis para pagar con casa. Las habitaciones son como mini apartamentos donde tienes cocina. Estaba limpio. Toalla ok pero solo te ponen una. Algo bueno que tiene es que la ducha es europea está separada por un cristal del baño
New, comfortable, nice facilities
Ordering food took a VERY long time (1+ hour after ordering) when we were the only people in the restaurant at the time. We were scared to order dessert thinking it would take another hour. Restaurants seemed understaffed/unattended by pool and downstairs.
Locations so close to the mosque was a challenge with the nighttime call to prayer from 2:30 to 6am. It was loud and would have been so in any room we think. I would suggest that the hotel provide ear plugs to guests during Ramadan as it was a lot louder and longer than we anticipated. Ear plugs would have helped or been a nice gesture to non-Muslim guests.
Very clean room and helpful staff. Good a/c and hot shower. The decor was immaculate.

Es el hotel ideal para quedarse después y antes de realizar el tour por la selva para ver a los orangutanes.
Como ya mencioné todos los aspectos del hotel son de 10.
El personal no podría ser mejor así como el diseño , materiales con los que se han realizado los interiores y tamaño de habitación .

Dos puntos a mejorar :
1. Las cristaleras de las habitaciones son muy delgadas y se oye bastante lo que sucede en la calle .
2. Un hotel de esta categoría debería mejorar el apartado de zumos del desayuno ya que no son naturales .

The room is very spacious. It's clean and comfy. Giving luxurious vibes. Everything was good.
The area around the hotel is confusing to find your way around when you are walking.
Si hay algo que destaca es el excelente trato recibido por el personal, al nivel de los mejores hoteles en los que me he hospedado. En el hotel todo está pensado y la atención al detalle es máxima. Todo está impecable y nuevo. Todo es como en las fotos y el desayuno es muy bueno.
Erinomainen sijainti, ihan paikallisen torin ja joenvarren vieressä. Aamiainen oli todella hyvä ja henkilökunta joustavaa ja ystävällistä. Hyvä sänky ja kiva näkymä kaupungin ylle. Toisen kerroksen kattoterassi oli kiva paikka syödä illallista ja kuunnella rukouksia, jotka kaikuivat eri suunnista.

Mercure hotel is een mooi en verzorgd 4-sterrenhotel. Alles is in goede staat.
Het ontbijt is uitgebreid genoeg.
Wat ik wel mis is kaas of een beetje Europees beleg.
We zijn 2 keer 2 nachten verbleven.
De tweede keer was er een waterlek die pas de volgende dag volledig is hersteld.
The hotel was beautiful and spacious with a good sized pool. We had lunch which was very good but left before breakfast. The staff were helpful but we were unable to check in early unless we paid extra which detracted from the hotel somewhat.

The hotel was beyond expectation when we entered. Expected a basic place but it seemed like ultra luxury. The food at the rooftop restaurant was some of the best food of our holiday especially the oxtail. The staff was very courteous and helpful
The buffet breakfast although was very average and cold even at 730am
