Adorei a estadia, a limpeza impecável, o pequeno almoço e o jantar foi divinal.

As infra-estruturas eram muito boas.
Deixaram-nos uma hora à espera sem sequer terem pedido desculpas. O serviço por parte dos funcionários foi um pouco inconsistente, alguns eram prestáveis mas outros não tanto, demonstrando um pouco de arrogância.
The room view, the room was cleaned and the pools were good to entertain the kid.
We are quite disappointed as we've been to this hotel 6 months ago and the experience was incredible. This time it was the opposite, the staff wasn't as friendly as the other time, kids/baby room was closed so my kid couldn't enjoy it, breakfast was more expensive this time for some reason, but the worst part was the staff organisation & training. Staff was not trained at all, to the point that one of the staff members that working behind the lounge bar didn't know how to make a coffee (in an automatic machine.......), visitors were getting a bit upset because a simple bottled juice took ages to be delivered for example. We asked for a toast, which took 1.5hours to be made, and in the end was also burnt as hell, so couldn't really eat it properly... and cost us 30€ for that and 2 juices lol.
It's a shame because we really like to location, proximity to the beach, amenities, and we were so disappointed because 6 months ago our stay was incredible. I would not recommend this hotel to spend any time during summer months, because if it was like that now that is not even summer peak I'm not sure I want to know how it will be in July/August.
The size of the studio room amazing with super crispy bedding. Outside pool large plenty of loungers. Inside pool lovely. Efficient reception staff.
Evening meal, there was not a varied selection poor, the cooked food was cold had to ask waitress to microwave it. The lobby bar was closed for pre dinner drinks being told no staff. Breakfast was better but cooked food was stone again!!!
Funcionários muito prestáveis o que torna o lugar ainda mais agradável. Perto da praia, e uma piscina enorme com serviço constante. Ideal para família com crianças ou casais de todas as idades.

Pedimos refeições no bar, confecionadas no restaurante, os humburgers não se Conseguiam comer. Mal confecionados, grossos demais e nitidamente descongelados.
