Several things in kitchen and bathroom would need repair
I‘d gotten several messages beforehand offering help , Information and offers , but when I replied and asked for it i never got any answers. Also when finally asking at reception directly after arriving they didn’t know or wasn’t possible .
No room service from the restaurant
Just chamomile and Green tea in the room and black tea not possible
El trato del equipo. Fueron muy amables, resolvieron mis preguntas, y me dejaron un detalle de cumpleaños en mi habitación. Gracias
También me gustó contar con toallas y almohadas de más en el armario.
El cuarto de baño. Hacía un ruido muy molesto, lo comenté y me dijeron que era generalizado y que a las 23h paraba, pero no fué así y no pude descansar la primera noche. Al día siguiente me cambiaron de habitación.

Os funcionários, além de serem muito pouco profissionais, não foram educados nem simpáticos.

A opção de o check-out até às 13 horas não funcionou. Hotel estava vazio e disseram que iam ter clientes para o quarto. Acho que foi má vontade da recepcionista.Tivemos que fazer check-out às 11 horas.
A ventilação da casa de banho ficou sempre a funcionar sem se poder desligar não nos deixando descansar bem.
Excelente localização e vistas incríveis nos quartos com varanda.

I had an urgent requirement to press my military uniform and required an iron and a suitable room to do so at short notice. Your receptionist not only attended to my request promptly but went the extra mile to ensure I was assisted and settled comfortably.
