Das Hotel ist ein Kleinode zentral gelegen und fussläufig zu den wesentlichen Attraktionen

Great staff, great location, great breakfast offering

Cons:

We got a taxi which they booked for us which cost 4 times market rate which we were surprised/disappointed by. We booked our own taxi for the return journey and the same again the following day which was 1/4 of the price.

Hotel con estilo y de lujo en el centro de Aveiro.
Pros:

Todo fantásitco. Especial atención a la profesionalidad y amabilidad del personal. Habitaciones espaciosas, camas super comodas. Spa 24 horas y piscina exterior con terraza. Muy destacable la calidad del desayuno, muy por encima de otros 5 estrellas a los que he ido.

Para repetir, sin duda.

Cons:

Un detalle. Uno de los dias de la estancia, en el Hotel se celebro una Boda. Dado que el Hotel es pequeño y no dispone de espacios especificos para las bodas, los invitados "invadieron" zonas comunes (Bar, Piscina...) y fue bastante molesto.

Creo que no deberían dadas las carácteristicas del Hotel, privarte de dichos espacios, o como mínimo, avisar en la reserva. Si tu vas a un SPa a relajarte no puede ser que los invitados de la Boda se sienten en la terraza de tu habitación (en el bajo) como nos ha ocurrido.

Es una advertencia a la gerencia. El personal lo gestionó lo mejor que pudo.

Everything, staff was efficient and friendly and wanted to look after you and make sure all your wishes were attended to

Cons:

The only thing I didn't appreciate was the cost of the parking. On a 7 night stay, it was expensive....175 euros, other than that excellent value
