Staff were very professional and friendly. They were ready to help at any moment's notice. The room was high quality and very clean. They go the extra mile to make sure their guests feel welcome and comfortable during their stay.

Cons:

Only thing negative I could point out is the expensive water bottles. 5 euros for a 75cl one is a bit of a joke. Other than that, everything else was great.
