Quiet, pretty and clean facilities. The beds were comfortable. There was something vegan on the snack menu.

Cons:

The hotel was so quiet in this off season visit. We felt awkward that we were almost the only guests yet told we should make reservations for dinner. There were also issues with a lack of wifi which made our stay less than what we expected and we were disappointed that the hotel did not compensate us or just acknowledge the impact in any way. We rented old bikes and there were not many places to ride. Even the wine tour and tasting fell short of our expectations. It was not a luxurious experience and was not good value for what we paid.

Fabulous location, set in vineyards and olive groves. Ended up in one of the suites overlooking the pool, which was wonderful. Restaurant menu was varied and the food was good. Great staff, who also arranged a visit to the Santa Vitoria wine cellars for us.

Gosto de praticamente tudo neste hotel. É a minha oção sempre que visito Porto em lazer e não preciso ficar na cidade do Porto mas posso ficar em VN Gaia. Recomendo.
