In a really busy city, the Pestana is a real gem. Could not recommend highly enough.
Pros:

A really comfortable hotel in an excellent location, with great breakfasts. Also charming staff.

Gran estancia como siempre aunque empañada por un mal proceso administrativo.

Cons:

Solicité una factura de la estancia para mi compañía y la respuesta fue que tenía que dirigirme a Booking.com. Trabajo en el sector y sé que se puede hacer con cualquier modalidad de pago que tengan. Al final, después de llamar dos veces y enviar tres emails, los dejé por imposible. Sorprendente en un Hotel de esta categoría.

Lovely stay at a great hotel right in the centre of the city.
