I was treated with respect and courtesy.
Pros:

Central location and easy walking distances.

Cons:

I have never drunk coffee and there was only an expression machine.
I did ask for a kettle etc which the hotel were more than happy to supply.

Şehrin göbeğinde temiz ve huzurlu bir otel
Pros:

Her şeyden önce konumu mükemmel. Otele ilk girdiğiniz andan itibaren çalışanlar çok ilgili, güler yüzlü, yardımsever. Odalar ve otel genel olarak çok temiz. Şehrin göbeğinde yer almasına rağmen içeriye en ufak bir ses dahi almıyor. Odaların tavanları yüksek ve ferah.

Pros:

The rooms aren’t huge (you know that when you book), but very comfortable. Everything in the room is of very good quality, including a Nespresso machine with enough cups.
My room was one of the few that had a bathroom with window, which I always like.
Their pricing is very dynamic and dropped right after I booked, which is part of the game. When I mentioned that at checkin they ‘solved’ it very elegantly by assigning a nicer room than I booked, as they had space.

Cons:

The pillows were a bit too soft for my taste.
