Que hotel incrível! A localização é simplesmente perfeita, ao lado do Arco da Rua Augusta, no coração de Lisboa. É possível fazer praticamente tudo a pé, com fácil acesso a lojas, restaurantes e aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade.

Desde a nossa chegada, fomos muito bem recebidos pela equipe, que se mostrou extremamente cordial, atenciosa e prestativa durante toda a estadia.

O quarto é espaçoso, confortável e muito bem cuidado, com roupas de cama e toalhas impecáveis.

O café da manhã é excelente, com grande variedade de opções e produtos de ótima qualidade.

Como nosso voo era muito cedo e o café da manhã ainda não estaria disponível no horário da saída, o hotel preparou, com muita gentileza, um lanche para levarmos ao aeroporto. Além disso, providenciou o agendamento de um táxi, e o motorista foi muito pontual e atencioso, tornando nossa despedida de Lisboa ainda mais tranquila.

Sem dúvida, uma excelente escolha para quem deseja se hospedar com conforto, praticidade e um atendimento impecável.

Cons:

Não chega a ser um problema, mas vale como um ponto de atenção para quem chega de carro. Como nossa intenção era apenas deixar as malas no hotel antes de devolver o veículo na locadora, tivemos certa dificuldade para encontrar um local adequado para uma parada rápida nas proximidades. Precisamos passar em frente ao hotel mais de uma vez até conseguirmos desembarcar.

Por isso, recomendo que, sempre que possível, a chegada seja feita de táxi, aplicativo de transporte, metrô ou até mesmo a pé, já que a localização é bastante central e de fácil acesso por outros meios.

I was treated with respect and courtesy.
