Aqua Natura Suites is a true gem! The free underground parking is so convenient. The stuff is incredibly friendly and helpful! The room was spotless - exceptional cleanness everywhere. Enjoying breakfast with an outstanding ocean view that feels like a dream. Highly recommended for a perfect stay!

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Porto Moniz. Really clean and comfortable with great service and access to the facilities in other hotels in the group as well as tickets for the pools.
Lovely sea view and roof top jacuzzi are an added bonus.
The breakfast, at the hotel is fresh, varied and plentiful with seating directly above the sea pools with captivating ocean views.
We have really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend.

The reception was extremely professional and made us feel at home right away during check in. Lots of little attentions that go a long way in my opinion. Would definitely go back, for longer next time! Also breakfast buffet was excellent.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We especially enjoyed the swimming pools and the rooftop jacuzzi — such a relaxing experience with beautiful views. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices every morning. The entire atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Everything was great — we’d definitely love to come back again!

Excellent studio apartment - very clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchenette. Luxurious bathroom. Compact but everything we needed for a short stay. You can see the sea from the rooftop (jacuzzi and relaxing area). Delicious plentiful breakfast. The volcanic pools are less than 5 min walk and hotel gave us free passes and provided towels. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lots of places to eat locally and you can use the facilities at the local spa hotel for free if you stay in the apartments. Would happily return and have already recommended to a friend.

This hotel outdone our expectations! The whole resort is wonderful with the natural swimming pools. The bed was the comfiest bed ever, I don’t remember the last time I slept so well. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional at all times. Nothing was an issue and they even made a special effort on our arrival as it was our honeymoon. Breakfast was great. Studio room super spacious and comfortable, exceptionally clean and reset every day. Would definitely recommend!!!

Well equipped room even with cooking utensils, great location just next to natural pool, supermarket close by, breakfast at cafe with seaview, dinner at rooftop with sunset seaview. Most of all, they even prepared for us a bottle of complimentary sparkling wine and a birthday cake for my wife. Big surprise! Highly recommend

Faciliteiten wat minder, maar de hikes errond zorgen ervoor dat dit minder belangrijk is.
Het is een aanrader om daar te verblijven.

Nice Studios in quiet place at night. Could be busy during day. Spa is in one of the other two hotel, so little walk is required. Breakfast and Dinner in the restraunt at sea side.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share our experience at Studios by Aqua Natura Hotels.

We stayed at the property in April 2025 and encountered a serious ant infestation in our room on the morning of check-out. The ants had not only appeared in the room but also managed to get into our luggage and clothes, which we only discovered fully once home. It was an unpleasant and unhygienic situation that required extensive cleaning and caused significant inconvenience.

We reported the issue at reception before departing and followed up several times by email, providing photos and detailed information. While there was initial acknowledgment from management, the communication and resolution process has been slow and lacking in accountability, with the last response received over three weeks ago. Since then, we’ve had no further updates despite multiple follow-ups.

This experience, both during the stay and in the aftermath, fell well below expectations — especially from a hotel that positions itself at a certain standard. While the location itself is beautiful, the handling of this incident has left us extremely disappointed.

Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would hesitate to return or recommend this property to others unless there are improvements in how guest concerns are addressed.

Adoramos nossa estadia ! A localização é fantástica. Fomos muito bem recebidos, o quarto era ótimo, tamanho bom, cama confortável e lençóis de boa qualidade assim como as toalhas de banho. O banheiro era grande, moderno e o chuveiro excelente. O ponto alto sem duvida foi o maravilhoso café da manhã servido em frente as piscinas naturais com muita variedade e uma atenção dos funcionários maravilhosa. Apesar do valor ser um pouco mais alto vale muito a pena. Com certeza indico e se um dia voltar me hospedarei novamente aí. Muito obrigada
