Beautiful, peaceful stay
Pros:

This is a beautiful, peaceful hotel. The rooms are large, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff are wonderful. It would serve perfectly as a retreat and invites meditation. There are no TVs in the rooms, but there's a big TV in a common room. The building also houses artwork and small museums.
It's a bit isolated. The restaurant wasn't open the night we were there, but we had a lovely dinner at a restaurant 700 meters away. You can also go to the castle for dinner. The hotel breakfast was wonderful.

Amazing conversion of an old convent, so unique. Rooms are lovely, breakfast was amazing and the staff, especially Susanna were warm and welcoming.

Mucho mejor de lo que esperaba. Mucha calidad en este hotel convento, desayuno muy bueno, y todo muy limpio

Pros:

Magnificent building with very friendly staff.
I had dinner at the convent which was great local dishes and very reasonably priced.
The one minus is no pool - with hot dry weather a pool is a must!
