Staff is friendly. So suprising the hotel prepared a Birthday Cake to me which I did not request. Very amazing.

部屋は清潔です。ホテルフロントスタッフもレストランスタッフもよかった。
有機場接駁，房間306可以看到煙火，但是鄰近酒吧 到凌晨兩點都還是會有吵雜的音樂聲，如果早睡的人這一間不適合。但是服務非常得好床非常的好睡棉被也非常的溫暖裝潢也非常的漂亮，也有提供日落小鎮的接駁車，去哪邊都不用額外花費，還有一日遊的行程，司機會帶你去日落小鎮每一個必去的景點並且幫你拍非常美的照片（拍照技術真的超好），早餐非常非常的好吃，每天的早餐也都不一樣。服務生也會家常的跟你聊天，讓你覺得親切溫暖。
要留意的就是洗澡的熱水在廁所的地方要打開那個開關才會有熱水，沒有開的話都會是冷水喔！
A truly beautiful experience. The tranquility, the fragrances, fashion and class of the Venice Hotel cannot be matched anywhere in Sunset Town. The food is perfection, the staff are above and beyond, willing to meet any need you have. flowers and romantic ambiance is over the top. I highly recommend this for couples who are madly in love. Venice Hotel will make your honeymoon a lifetime experience to remember and cherish for the rest of your lives together. If you are a solo traveller don't hesitate to reserve there, the value is amazing. I love Venice Hotel!!!!
Beach view
Views were fantastic from room. Room size on the small side, not enough table surface to put our stuff. Hospitality/service is EXCELLENT, young crew, but so warm and friendly. Location very central within Sunset Town, easy walk to most attractions.
The hotel boasts a unique decor. I would not call it Venice, but closer to Spanish. Breakfast is small, but quite delicious. The hotel, similar to the nearby Hilton La Festa and other boutique hotels on this trip, is on the beach. However, it is not recommended to swim in this beach due to the chemicals from nightly firework displays. You may have a rash afterwards, the hotel says. There's a small swimming pool/Jacuzzi/lounge on the back side of the hotel - with an ocean view, overlooking the kissing bridge. The staff, esp. the front desk, are all very friendly and attentive. The hotel offers free airport shuttle and also free rides to bus stations to get to Khem Beach, the best beach on the island in summer. Khem Beach is about 2 miles away, with better dining options.
Property itself was nice good quality and rooms were great. Bed was a little stiff for us.
Staff were very helpful and kind.
The location to the beach and seeing the fireworks also great.
On the downside construction next door started at 0730 very loud.
The worst part and i know its not the hotels fault but the jass club located right infront of the hotel plays music so loud until 1030 pm no joke you can not not hear a normal conversation in the room. Then after 1030 they move inside and its tolerable.

空港送迎は、時間が決まっていて、飛行機の到着時間が1時間以上送れたため、送迎無し。
チェックアウトして、grabを自分で頼むと、2分後に到着とのこと。
チェックアウト時に、ルームキーを渡すと、5分待てと。
枕のクリーニング代50,000ドン請求された。
枕は、汚していないが、仕方なく支払う。
その上、ハンドタオルが無いと、言われた。
床にあると言ったが、確認にまだ時間がかかる。GRABには、荷物を入れ待たしてある。
散々待たせて、ハンドタオルは、あったから良いと。
ありえない。
あのゴワゴワなタオルを、持ってく人はいない。
ここ数年、年間30日は、HOTELS.com利用しているが、汚していない枕クリーニング代を、請求されたのは、始めてです。
The Reception team was so good and always so helpful. The room is small. We stayed there for four nights and seeing the “so cool” hotel female manager very often but never come by to say hi or good morning!
非常好的住宿體驗。特別多謝酒店職員Mia給我一個愉快的生日驚喜。房間佈置非常滿意。喜歡酒店獨特的風格。如果喜歡熱鬧可選擇海景房間，因樓下有酒吧音樂直至晚上11:00，不過晚上可以欣賞煙火表演和美麗的風景。如果喜歡寧靜的可選擇城景房間可欣賞街道景色。餐廳食物質素佳。

After a lengthy 6 days’ stay in Venice Hotel we are justified to make the comment we have got a good price to value choice.
We have enjoyed free airport shuttle transport , round the clock buggy in the town, a free city tour with admirable driver, daily firework and sea symphony shows from our room balcony. The Hotel also special provides us access to a roof top swimming pool in the nearby clubhouse which is pinned at the highest city sky level , from which we can have a 360 degrees bird eyes scenery of the southern Phu Quoc Island.
The Hotel restaurant serves breakfast buffet with daily chef selected menu which we can order all as we like.
To make the Hotel perfect is the services provided by the staffs, from the concierge, food catering to the managers are all distinguished.
Excellent and good friendly staff, good hotel transport, very good style, but breakfast needs to improve and give more choices. Receptions staff is good and efficient.
可愛らしいブティックホテルで、スタッフとはLineかwhat’s up appでいつでもコミュニケーションが取れることが最大の魅力でした。grabやレストランの予約もなんでもレセプションにLineを通じて問い合わせればすぐ手配してくれます。とてもよかったです。朝食もとても美味しいです。今回はcity viewとsea view 両方の部屋に泊まったので、部屋から夜のショーや花火も存分に楽しめました。ただひとつ欠点は、向かいのバーやレストランの騒音をモロに受けます。夜は22：00ぐらいまではすごくうるさいです。それがなければ本当にいい宿だと思います。
