Probably the best hotel we stayed at, ever. The staff were friendly and accommodating, assisting with our luggage’s upon check in and check out. They’ve even brought it to our room so that allowed us to check out the room with ease. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious - they had an array of delicious food from western to Vietnamese cuisine. Also the best buffet I’ve ever had. They offer afternoon tea too which is a plus.
The room was new, modern and clean. The architect was going for the contemporary style which I liked very much. The view from our room was immaculate as well. The whole interior of the room had a nice, warm ambience, and had different light settings which helped sleeping at night.
Bathroom was clean and well functioning. It had a sliding door beside the bathtub so that we could push back to enjoy the view and/or get in the natural lighting during the day.
Bathroom’s great, however the door to the bathroom is misaligned and doesn’t shut. I also didn’t like that if one wanted to shower or head to the toilet, there’s only one sliding door to cover one or the other, which is impractical.
I hope that one day management can also consider offering pillow alternatives, as the pillows in the room were too soft, which doesn’t support the head while sleeping. I did contact front desk and unfortunately they didn’t have other options.
Overall an amazing stay at M Hotel Da Nang and will definitely be back!!
I loved everything about this hotel, from the warm welcome to the amazing facilities - I really couldn't fault it one bit. Breakfast was incredible, drinks well priced and rooftop pool to die for!

Nice clean hotel, large facilities. Great location in front of the beach and lots of restaurants and eateries close by.
Staff at reception were indifferent to guests coming and going. We arrived at 9.30pm and no one to help with our luggage, had to take them into lobby ourselves. Doormen were not attentive to guests and rarely opened doors for us.
The specs were high end and very well designed rooms and space. The entire hotel was well planned and is well curated. The rooftop pool was brilliant with breathtaking views.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, perfectly located right in front of My Khe Beach. The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day out. Everything felt clean and well-designed. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options to start the day. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend it.
The only downside of my stay was the poor sound insulation in the rooms. We could clearly hear almost everything happening in the neighboring room, which made it difficult to fully relax at times.

Fernseher geht immer automatisch an, wenn man ins Zimmer gekommen ist - Kleinigkeit aber hat genervt
Etwas wenig Liegen am rooftop Pool, teilweise werden diese zu lange durch Handtücher bei Abwesenheit der Gäste blockiert, sollte nach maximal 20 Minuten geräumt werden

Amazing infinity pool and rooftop bar. Great location with the beach right in front and a lot of restaurant choices nearby. Complimentary afternoon tea and wide choice for buffet breakfast. Also has a great spa very modern room with comfy beds
