Location, cleanliness, staff!

Great location and pool was nice
It was not a true 5-star experience. The breakfast was disappointing and the food tasted very average. It was also very hot in the hallways because the air conditioning was not working. There was always a long wait for the elevators, and all the sun loungers by the pool were constantly occupied because there are far too few of them for the number of guests.
Very nice and clean hotel with very accomodating staff. Ms Thao is exceptional in welcoming and orienting us with the hotel.
Excellent breakfast. Lovely staff. Clean room. Great views from pools. Great location across from the beach. A wonderful place to stay. Will stay there again!
The only thing was the light-blocking at night. The curtains leave a small gap, and the building has external lights for itself that shine through quite brightly. Having to wait 5-10mins at checkout for them to check the room is a little annoying but understandable. Smoking areas were too close to the front/back entrance so a little smelly.

We had a wonderful stay at M Hotel from arrival to departure. Emma, Hoa, and the entire team were outstanding . Vu was great on driving us to Ba Na Hills. Their excellent service made our stay even more memorable and enjoyable. The infinity pool is fantastic.
The hotel amenities were fantastic, and we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the minibar drinks were complimentary, such a lovely touch! We highly recommend M Hotel to both couples and families.

Modern, clean good location
They place money above clients. Asked more than once to pay for ‘stained’ towels. Towels which were used for general usage. Were also told on arrival extra towels will be at a cost. Held back at check out whilst they checked for ‘damage’ to the room and had housekeeping send a menstrual stain sheet to the front desk to a male staff who then asked me to pay for the sheet. Humiliating and completely unacceptable. The room is also not soundproofed enough. I wouldn’t return here, staff are perfunctory money focused and not genuine. The plug sockets in the room are also hit and miss.
True beach front location with amazing roof top pools. Fabulous breakfast with something for everyone
Staff were very officious and seemed hassled by quite simple requests for laundry, late checkout, etc. They seemed to be inexperienced with international guests.
However, biggest issue was the noise from the adjacent building site that started pre-7am and continued over the weekend

L’emplacement est également idéal pour découvrir la ville et être au cœur de l’animation.
Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour et nous aurions aimé pouvoir y rester plus longtemps. ❤️
