As a couple we only had one set of bath towels for the day that we had to use for morning and evening shower. The hotel could have allowed for two sets of towels for couples.

Nice spot to explore Da Nang
Pros:

Really beautiful hotel right on the beach - perfect spot to explore Da Nang. The rooftop pools are INCREDIBLE and are definitely the highlight of the hotel. Clean and modern design, smells nice throughout the hotel, and great breakfast options.

Cons:

Despite the awesome hotel design it felt really impractical - the room was huge but barely had anywhere to put stuff so it felt really cluttered with our things all over the place. It would benefit from a cupboard or shelves at least. The door to the shower and toilet is a shared sliding door, so after a shower, water drips all over the toilet floor. The windows aren't soundproofed so the outside street noise can be heard really clearly - the hotel provides earplugs in your room (lol) so they helped. The elevators were so incredibly slow so there were often crowds of people waiting in the lobby. The service felt a bit cold and unfriendly compared to other places we've stayed in Vietnam (apart from the lovely door staff). The spa and rooftop bar were lacklustre, and the rooftop pool area didn't have much space to sit and relax. All these things are really minor but they kept adding up - for a 5 star hotel I expected a much better experience.

DO NOT DO LAUNDRY HERE. It was incredible expensive, 90 usd for 4 days worth of clothes for two people. I still cant not believe it. They were transparent about the price, at least that. I know I could have said no but I was tired from the trip to do some exchange conversion. The swimming pools are nice but hard to enter/exit even if you have sligth mobility limitations

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem äußerst schönen Hochhaus mit einer beeindruckenden Aussicht sowie einem sehr ansprechenden Rooftop-Pool. Die Architektur des Gebäudes ist äußerst gelungen, und die gesamte Anlage wirkt gepflegt und hochwertig.

Der Eingangsbereich ist besonders sauber – kaum ist irgendwo ein Fleck oder etwas Sand zu sehen, wird dieser sofort entfernt.

Cons:

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal im M Hotel, hatten dieses Mal jedoch insgesamt einen weniger positiven Eindruck als bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt.

Die Ankunft im Hotel verlief etwas ungewöhnlich, und wir hatten das Gefühl, dass unserer Buchung zunächst nicht richtig vertraut wurde. Zudem erhielten wir zunächst eine Zimmerkarte für ein falsches Zimmer, die entsprechend nicht funktionierte.

Darüber hinaus wurden wir gebeten, unsere Pässe erneut vorzuzeigen, da die Erfassung beim ersten Mal angeblich nicht korrekt funktioniert hatte – obwohl das Passbild bereits auf dem Computer des Mitarbeiters sichtbar war.

Leider gab es auch im Zimmer ein Problem: Der Abfluss der Dusche war verstopft, sodass jemand kommen musste, um dies zu beheben.

Insgesamt sind somit einige Dinge schiefgelaufen, was den Aufenthalt etwas getrübt hat. Nichtsdestotrotz handelt es sich beim M Hotel wohl weiterhin um eines der besten Hotels, die Da Nang zu bieten hat.

Pros:

I had such a lovely stay at the M Hotel. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful.
What really stood out though was the service. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. A special thank you to Le Nhi and her team who were so warm and helpful and really made me feel looked after.
Would absolutely recommend staying here if you’re visiting.

Cons:

Very noisy room with no sound insulation from the beach club across the road.
Poor design of room. No USB. Only one bedside table because of the way the room was designed. Big space but over half was the bathroom.
Air conditioning was unreliable. Set to 25 degrees and too hot. Set to 24 degrees and it cooled to 21 and was freezing. Water from the shower either freezing or scolding hot.
Bed was quite hard.
Front office staff a little disorganised
Pool area was too small for the size of the hotel

Schönes Hotel, aber nichts für Ruhesuchende
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist in einem guten Zustand und schön gestaltet. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Am meisten störten mich die anderen Hotelbewohner, die ich zum großen Teil als sehr einfach strukturiert empfand. Ich hätte solche Gäste eher in Mallorca am Ballermann erwartet. Ganzkörpertätowierte; völlig unpassend gekleidete Personen aus Osteuropa, Sauftourismus usw.

Auch der Lärm aus der Umgebung in der Nacht aus Gesangsdarbietungen in der Qualität einer Karaokebar waren nicht toll und bis in dei Nacht zu hören. Um 7 Uhr morgens haben die Gärtner dann lautstark sich vor demZimmer unterhalten und für weiter4en Lärm gesorgt.

Für Ruhesuchende ist das Hotel nicht unbedingt geeignet.

Wir hatten den gesamten Aufenthalt sher schlechtes Wettter, dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts,
