Perfect stay!
Pros:

Clean, tidy and spacious room. We spent two nights here and the staff were very accommodating and friendly!

Since we stayed in low season for a great deal this was really nice luxurious experience for a reasonable money.
Pros:

High level of quality, luxury, huge breakfast selection, afternoon tea included in room rate, beautiful sea view. 2 perfect infinity pools on roof top.

Cons:

The street to the beach can be quite noisy at night so the ear plugs provided in the room really served its purpose.
We missed real fresh juices for breakfast (not from concentrate) and since the tea selection was only green and black tea flavors, we needed to explain every day we would like some herbal tea which staff struggled to understand. At the end they managed to bring us ginger or camomile tea bags but it tasted a bit old.

They staff where all very kind and polite. Holding umbrella to the taxi, opening doors, always being welcoming.

The views where great and overall great location

Cons:

Soundproofing to the traffic and music from outside could be a little better, but we didn't lose sleep over it.

Do yourself a favour and book this hotel .. it’s incredible
Pros:

I could not fault this hotel The service and staff were so kind and helpful. The roof top pool was incredible !!!! The ocean room was so lovely, breakfast was the best we had in Vietnam and we have stayed in some lovely places !
