Khách sạn Gần bãi biển tiện di chuyển ra biển tắm vs cho bé chơi. Trải nghiệm khá ổn khi ở khách sạn.

Phòng sạch sẽ, thoải mái. Nhân viên dễ thương, nhiệt tình.

Cons:

Mình hơi sợ khi sử dụng thang máy của khách sạn nhé. Vì thấy khá rủi ro do cửa thang máy hình như bị hư hoặc không có cảm biến cửa. Bình thường cửa thang máy bắt buộc phải tự động mở cửa ra khi có người hoặc vật cản, nhưng hôm mình đi vs 2 đứa nhỏ và chồng, khi bước vào mình chưa kịp bước vào trong và tay còn dắt bé nhỏ cửa thang máy vẫn đóng lại ( dù có vật cản là mình ). Rất may chồng mình kịp bấm nút mở thang máy, nên lúc đó rất sợ nếu bị kẹt lại tay ở cửa thang máy 😨. Do đó, mình góp ý để khách sạn bảo trì định kỳ và kiểm tra hệ thống thang máy thường xuyên để tránh rủi ro và nâng cao dịch vụ trải nghiệm sử dụng cho khách hàng.

Worth the price but come with cash rather.
Pros:

My stay at AN House Hotel & Apartment was pleasant. The apartment was clean upon arrival many coffee shops, restaurant options and the beach is walking distance from the apartment!

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and stored my luggage while I awaited my check in time. The shower was nice and hot and you are provided with nice smelling shampoo and body wash.

Cons:

My only sticking point is payment and how management handles people trying to pay by card. I was told (by reception staff) that if I was to pay via VISA it would incur a 5% charge, which I was more than fine with. Upon wanting to pay my bill had changed from 3.6m to 5.4m; I wanted to use card as I was not interested in massive bank charges but an increase of almost 2 million just to use card is crazy. I had to leave the apartment during the evening to make cash withdrawals, this was very inconvenient after a long trip and I don’t think it’s fair for a manager to add massive unnecessary fees just because he/she prefers getting cash if management plans to put millions on the bill for card payments please rather put it in the description! The apartment is a good deal at the cash price but I feel management is trying to cheat guests out of money just to convenience themselves and this is very poor customer service. The reception staff apologized multiple times and seemed very disappointed by having to deliver this message to me. If you have cash on hand it’s a good deal but if you intend to pay via card be prepared to be forced to do otherwise or be taken advantage of.

The shower room was positioned right beside the dining room of the other hotel, which made us really uncomfortable and concerned as well for our privacy.

Lovely stay!

Lovely stay! Short walk away to the beach, many markets nearby, and some good restaurants. It was also a short drive away to everywhere we wanted to go - great location and helpful staff!

The accommodation was decent overall
not bad, but fairly average.
However, I had a very unpleasant experience during checkout. I was charged 200,000 VND because I left the used towels on the bathroom floor. The staff claimed the towels were too dirty to be reused, which I found unreasonable, as they were simply used in a normal way.
This situation felt unfair and left a negative impression, as it seemed like an unnecessary extra charge.

НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ! Фото мабудь з того моменту коли вони побудували цей готель. По факту приміщенная на першому поверсі - всюди пліснява, запах плісняви такий - що не можливо дихати. Все в дуже поганому стану. Персонал - максимально не дружелюбний, моя оцінка 1 з 10.
