Viaggio di piacere per 4 giorni , eravamo due coppie , tutti molto soddisfatti ,
Pros:

Posizione centralissima ma in una piccola piazza quindi molto silenziosa e tranquilla . Staff gentile e pronto ad ogni richiesta , una delle ragazze alla reception ha vissuto in Italia e ci ha aiutato molto. Struttura pulitissima, ristrutturata da poco . Colazione eccellente!

hotellet er en unikke perle midt i Lissabon, extremt rent, elegante, meget hyggeligt, har en fantastisk morgenmad, der bliver serveret efter ønske. Værelser er stilfulde, sengen er stor og behagelig, og med mange lækre hovedpuder i forskellige størrelser til at vælge imellem.
Personale er simpelthen så søde og professionelle, altid hjælpsom, meget venlige, smilende, opmærksom. Hotellet ligger meget centralt, tæt på mange restauranter, cafeer, mange attraktioner, forskellige former for offentlig transporter, der er meget natteliv omkring, uden at man mærker dette, når man skal have fred og ro på sit værelse. Stora rymliga rum, vårt badrum hade fransk balkong med utsikt mot gatan, bra isolerat mot ljud. Varje rum med unik utsmyckning bl a keramik.

Great stay at a wonderful hotel in an amazing location.
Pros:

Great location in the center of Lisbon. Quiet and the porcelain of vista alegre used in breakfast a beautiful and tasteful touch that you don’t often see in hotels. Also the breakfast was excellent and the rooms clean and spacious.

Cons:

There was an incident when cleaning our room, the cleaning lady left the door open by mistake.

A small friendly hotel that makes you feel very special.
Pros:

Good restaurants, cafes, metro and shops were in easy walking distance. The area was lively but not too noisy. When we were in our room at night we could close the shutters for an undisturbed night’s sleep. The room was very comfortable and very clean and we enjoyed the evening chocolate. We were given a friendly welcome when we arrived and were shown around the hotel and to our room. We booked an evening meal for the first night and it was first class. A wonderful start to our short stay. The breakfasts were amazing! Plenty of choice and variety and everything was fresh, delicious and beautifully displayed. The staff were exceptional! They were available at any time and advised us on restaurants to book and were very attentive at dinner and during breakfasts. Our room was cleaned everyday and anything we used was refreshed. We particularly enjoyed the birthday surprise. We highly recommend this hotel.
