Hotel ist gut, aber das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

Personal war aufmerksam und nett.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt neben einem Club und einer Durchgangsstrecke für Leute, die ins Barrio Alto gehen bzw. in den Morgenstunden zurückkehren. Es ist also sehr laut. Die Zimmerfenster sind sehr gut und die inneren Fensterläden sind auch dienlich. Es bleibt aber einfach trotzdem laut.

Great location, lovely breakfast, fabulous staff.

Cons:

There was a small mix up with locating my bag after check in but it was quickly resolved by the staff.

Great 4 star hotel.
Pros:

Great location.
Comfortable bed and mattress.
Good breakfast selection.
Friendly staff.

Cons:

Placed on the 1st floor is close to noise and most importantly to late night club and bar clients.
It's a great 4 star hotel, not a 5 star.
It's the most complicated lighting system ever encountered.

Vraiment parfait
Pros:

Tout était parfait : super joli, bien placé, les produits (shampoo, conditioner, etc.) de qualité, petit dej et restaurant délicieux, personnel sympa.

Cons:

Il manque un meuble dans la sdb pour ranger nos produits. Et garde robe un peu petite.
