Great stay at a wonderful hotel in an amazing location.
Pros:

Great location in the center of Lisbon. Quiet and the porcelain of vista alegre used in breakfast a beautiful and tasteful touch that you don’t often see in hotels. Also the breakfast was excellent and the rooms clean and spacious.

Cons:

There was an incident when cleaning our room, the cleaning lady left the door open by mistake.

A small friendly hotel that makes you feel very special.
Pros:

Good restaurants, cafes, metro and shops were in easy walking distance. The area was lively but not too noisy. When we were in our room at night we could close the shutters for an undisturbed night’s sleep. The room was very comfortable and very clean and we enjoyed the evening chocolate. We were given a friendly welcome when we arrived and were shown around the hotel and to our room. We booked an evening meal for the first night and it was first class. A wonderful start to our short stay. The breakfasts were amazing! Plenty of choice and variety and everything was fresh, delicious and beautifully displayed. The staff were exceptional! They were available at any time and advised us on restaurants to book and were very attentive at dinner and during breakfasts. Our room was cleaned everyday and anything we used was refreshed. We particularly enjoyed the birthday surprise. We highly recommend this hotel.

Had an unforgettable stay at this hotel! The breakfast was literally the best I’ve ever had in a hotel — fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious. The staff were incredible, going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect.

The bedroom offered unbelievable comfort; from the bedding to the layout, everything felt tailored for rest and relaxation. The location was great, making it super easy to explore the city without stress.

Highly recommended! I would absolutely stay here again.

Pros:

Perfect location in Chiado, good breakfast, easy to park (for guests only in front of the hotel), and the staff... excellent. Change bed linien everyday, god shower.

Personnel super et joli hôtel
Pros:

Le personnel était très très bien, à l'écoute, agréable et de bons conseils. Les espaces communs étaient très beaux. Le petit déjeuner était super surtout la variété des fruits et leur qualité gustative. La rue était calme. L'établissement est très bien situé.

Cons:

Comme c'est un établissement 5 étoiles je me permets d'être exigeante dans mes attentes. La chambre était très bien aussi mais il manquait de la place pour poser les affaires même dans la salle de bain. La salle de fitness est très très petite.
