Good location, near the University of Jakarta, warm atmosphere with polite, service-minded staff
Pros:

The staff is very friendly : at the reception or at the restaurant, every body is service minded.

Cons:

There was no proper workspace in the room — only a very small bedside shelf, just big enough for a lamp and maybe a plate, so it was difficult to use my laptop. Another downside: the room was advertised as having a hairdryer, but there was none, and I had to go without / ask reception for one

Cons:

Cleanliness level is basic.
Air conditioning is so noisy I couldn't sleep.
Staff communication was problematic. Ended up I could not have my breakfast before rushing off for meeting.
No hot water in shower

Pros:

Staff was friendly. But my wife asked if the room can be cleaned after check-in and they answer "it is what it is". Big thumbs up for the security guy.

Cons:

Really needs cleaning and some investment. AC was leaking and the room was dirty. The pictures make it look way more nice that it is. No toothpaste and toothbrush or shower gel. Doesn't worth the money

Non-professional team in reception (need to support English language rep)

Late check in after 2 pm and push you to pay more 100k IDR to take other room and check in when I insist on my room
..give me very bad room with non clean ...avoid room No 525

Bad experience will not have again.
