Breakfast so so
The location is on the riverside, with a beautiful view from the window, there is a bridge decorated with lights at night, the room is quite spacious, and the breakfast is quite varied. Because I am Muslim, I suggest fruits, boiled eggs, and coffee.
A bit far from the subway, but there is a bus nearby. And attention is needed for cleanliness under the bed even though it is not visible.
The hotel was in the same complex as the friend we were visiting, so for us the location was great!
Rooms are new, modern and comfortable with huge beds.
Breakfast was just ok, but more than expected from a holiday inn express to be fair.
The bed was comfortable, the view is very pretty, big TV, and the AI in the room is comfortable
There was mold on the walls in the bathroom, causing an unpleasant odor. When u opened the water after 5 seconds, there was a noise coming out of the pipes like really loud. The cleaning lady didn't clean the bathroom, and the shower wouldn't drain. There was someone's hair (not mine) in the shower drain. Of course, no one cleaned it when I checked in the first night. The breakfast staff was rude. When I asked for water, she gave me a disgruntled look, as if I'd asked for something special. The staff look was judgmental they're look at me with like I did something wrong by asking them to clean bathroom and a towel cuz they forgot.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The riverview is worth the upgrade especially at night when the city lights up. The breakfast has a nice mix of western and Chinese foods. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and a short walk to a ferry to cross the river. Nice cold a/c and is a non smoking hotel but has smoking areas conveniently for those that do. Georgina was helpful and friendly willing to assist in anything that was needed. The plaza is currently still being worked on so no many stores or restaurants opened yet. However, there is a mall not far that has many resultants and bars to enjoy. Including western foods like kfc and Pizza Hut. It is a quiet location and not so busy in the area which is a nice break from the busy city life. There is a free washer and dryer to use for any laundry needed. I Would stay again in the future with no hesitation. Enjoy your trip and stay knowing of the comfort and views when you are in the room.
Good location, facing the Yangtze river, also pretty near the Changjiahui Shopping Area; easy to drive around, convenient parking place. Room facilities are quite nice.
There is a Baidu smart speaker device to control stuff in the room. It's convenient, but I actually don't like to have an active microphone in my room. It's just personal preference.
Great location for what I wanted to do. Very clean rooms. Breakfast somewhat basic, but ok. Had fun with the voice controlled features of the room too.

The room is clean & comfortable, you can control light electric by your voice via IoT device. (But if you want to control by English need to download app, because it's just control bu Chinese).

The location doesn't near MRT or hot travel location (exception Hóng yá dòng). You need to come everywhere by taxi. But the price isn't expensive.
