owners invest again in your property please
Pros:

the rooms are really run down, fungus on the walls and the bathrooms are neglected … the shower head is disgusting and meanwhile more a replacement issue rather than a cleaning one. proper management and training doesn’t seem to be in place. the staff is very nice and helpful though and we believe can easily be trained to look after the facility better … maybe a Sallary issue ?
