Hotel an sehr guter Lage für zum Tianmen Mountain. Aber direkt Landeanflug über dem Gebäude, daher so bis 00:00 / 00:30 sehr laut. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig

Good location, bad comunication, poor breakfast, clean room.

Clean and very modern. Just behind the tianmen mountain cableway. Staff does not speak english but will translate with apps. Very good value

Located in the center of Zhangjiajie and the cableway, the hotel is your perfect accomodation if you want to see the Zhangjiajie National forest park! Staff very kind

Great value hotel in good location for exploring parks, located just next to cable car. Rooms comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast buffet okay, but fairly limited choices, and quite busy with larger groups of tourists when we visited. Very helpful member of staff on reception who spoke English and arranged taxis for us to get to various sights.

Zhangjiajie is a city where western tourists are strange to see. These hotel has the requirements to satisfy our wishes. The staff is always nice in spice of the fact they don't speak English very well. The room very clean. They change towers every day. We love the bathroom. Only to recommend, breakfast should include yogurts, cheese, and ham. This kind of breakfast is what western torist are used to have.

It’s a nice hotel with beautiful modern rooms! Only minus is that the staff doesn’t speak or understand a single word of English.

The one English-speaking reception staffer was very helpful and efficient.
Good breakfast and aircon. Amazing robotic toilet seat/ auto flushing etc Nice shower.

What I suggest is somewhere to hang our towels if we don’t need them washed every day.

It’s a new hotel so we understand the new lifts are under construction. The 2 lifts make long waits for a high rise hotel.

The TV turning on every time we enter the room is annoying.

Zhangjiajie, very beautiful place, and the hotel is very clean and kind.
I'll be back definitely.

Overall a good standard hotel but still lacking key aspects:
No gym or swimming pool, weak WiFi (need a Chinese mobile phone to login), no internal restaurant nor room service, all signage in Chinese and most importantly staff not speaking English.
Must come with a local to communicate efficiently , other wise very good value for money
