Absolutely amazing hotel with unbelievable views of the city.
Pros:

Everything. The views were sensational as we were on 72nd floor. Hotel room was lovely. Toilet was absolutely amazing. The breakfast was included in the price and its one of the best buffet breakfasts I have had. The staff were amazing and really helpful, especially the concierge at the front door. Overall, if staying in Shenzhen, I highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Nothing. It was all fantastic. I cant fault it. The only minor detail was that the room was not ready when we arrived but this was sorted out within 20 minutes and they let us in the executive lounge to wait.

Un palace, prestations exceptionnelles
Pros:

Absolument tout, le sens du détail, le niveau de prestation et le rapport qualité prix largement au-dessus de ses homologues européens. Un vrai palace. Très bien placé, à 3 minutes du métro.
