Everything — from the peaceful surroundings and beautiful room to the delicious breakfast and incredibly friendly staff — made the stay wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Ubud.

Het personeel is super aardig, het hotel en de kamer was prachtig. Het ontbijt was goed!
Het is een stukje van het centrum af, maar dat vonden we juist fijn. Scooter konden we huren bij het hotel, dus dan ben je er zo!
Die Lage ist super. Man hat es nicht weit nach Ubud ins Zentrum und hat es so etwas ruhiger. Das Personal ist super lieb und geht auf jeden Wunsch direkt ein.
Neben der Unterkunft ist ein kleines Reisfeld, wo am Nachmittag/Abend Reste/Müll verbrennt. Das zieht direkt rüber und zieht bis ins Zimmer rein. Seit kurzer Zeit wird neben an gebaut wodurch es ab 6/7 Uhr morgens lauter wird.
Notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été une expérience absolument inoubliable, sans aucun doute le meilleur hôtel de tout notre voyage à Bali. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une gentillesse et une attention incroyables. Tout le personnel est exceptionnel : toujours souriant, disponible, bienveillant et prêt à aider à chaque instant.
On sent qu’ici, le confort et le bonheur des clients sont une vraie priorité. Chaque détail est pensé avec soin, et l’ambiance chaleureuse rend le séjour encore plus spécial. Grâce à eux, nous avons vécu des moments magnifiques que nous n’oublierons jamais.
Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour leur professionnalisme, leur générosité et leur accueil hors du commun. Nous repartirons avec des souvenirs merveilleux et l’envie de revenir le plus vite possible. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

The place was comfy and clean- it was the best after a long day exploring. The staff were extremely lovely and accommodating. It was such a pleasant stay!

Amazing facilities. Room was really comfortable. Staffs were very friendly.
Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel Presenteert zich als 5 sterren maar dat is het zeker niet. Juwita en Yuanda proberen er alkes aan te doen om je welkom te laten voelen.
Ontbijt: dag van tevoren doorgeven inclusief hoe laat. Wat je krijgt is redelijk maar heel weinig. Filterkoffie.
Alles war sauber und alle Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und hilfreich.
As soon as we arrived, we were warmly greeted and inducted by the conceirge staff. And throughout our stay, they were prompt, friendly and helpful to every need. Any time we needed something, they delivered quickly. The villa is cosy, pretty and charming, and blends well into its natural environment. The breakfast and the pools are fantastic also. We felt very well taken care of and would highly recommend it to any travellers looking to stay in Ubud!

The room was excellent, very clean and well presented. The WhatsApp communication was a great touch should be implemented in more hotels across the world.
Breakfast had to be ordered the day before, which felt inconvenient. The on-site food was average, and on one the occasion the burger wasn’t unavailable. Service could also be improved, as plates were often left uncleared for some time after finishing.
We attempted to settle the bill several times during our stay but were repeatedly told to pay later. On our final day, we were then asked to return before 10pm to settle the bill, despite having an early departure. Unfortunately, there was no one available to take card payments at the times we were leaving, which made the process frustrating and inconvenient, ultimately requiring us to withdraw cash from an ATM and leave payment in the room.
