El hotel es increíblemente bonito, cuidan cada detalle, desde la limpieza hasta el olor de la habitación.
Su personal es super simpático y amable, la chica de recepción Juwira fue súper atenta y amable conmigo, incluso me ayudó con las fotos de un desayuno flotante maravilloso que pude disfrutar (lo recomiendo muchísimo)
Ha sido una estancia preciosa rodeada de un entorno verde en la naturaleza .

Amazing atmosphere. The entire team is great, especially Wulan and Juwita, who were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is small but very nice and perfect for relaxing. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place.

The room exceeded all our expectations. It was modern, spacious, and beautifully designed. The view was breathtaking, and the bathtub overlooking the jungle was truly unforgettable – such a unique and relaxing experience.

The breakfasts were delicious with a great selection of food, making every morning a pleasure.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Suara Alam. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to help with anything I needed.

The facilities were excellent beautiful, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options each morning.

What truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional care the staff showed when I became unwell. They immediately helped by calling a doctor for me and made sure I was looked after every step of the way. Their compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern meant so much to me during a difficult time.

I’ve stayed in many hotels, but the team at Suara Alam are some of the most attentive, caring, and helpful people I’ve ever met!! Juwita was so kind too. They made a stressful situation so much easier, and I can’t thank them enough. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality. Thank you to everyone at Suara Alam for making my stay so special!

Hotel był przepiękny! Ale to o czym muszę wspomnieć to to jak wspaniała była obsługa! 🥰 Cały personel był kochany i pomocny. Zdecydowanie umilili nasz pobyt w Ubud. 💚 Piękne pokoje, które codziennie były sprzątane na życzenie gości i pyszne śniadania - codziennie można było wybrać inne. Zdecydowanie hotel warty pobytu, zwłaszcza dla widoków dżungli z hotelowych basenów. Jest to mały hotel, dzięki czemu naprawdę można się tam zrelaksować i na spokojnie mieć baseny tylko dla siebie. Korzystaliśmy również z opcji masażu i jak najbardziej możemy polecić. Jeżeli chodzi o lokalizację to uważam, że jest ona bardzo dobra - z dala od zgiełku ale na spokojnie można spacerem udać się do centrum.

Dziękujemy całej obsłudze hotelu za wspaniałą opiekę. Na pewno jeszcze tu wrócimy! 🤍

Mooi locatie, super lieve mensen, prima ontbijt en gunstig gelegen locatie

Besonders gefallen hat uns der direkte Blick auf die Palmen und die üppige Natur. Da wir bewusst ein Zimmer mit Jungle View gebucht hatten, wurden unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Sehr schön war auch unser eigener Bereich mit dem kleinen Pool, den wir während unseres Aufenthalts praktisch für uns allein nutzen konnten.

Hervorheben möchten wir außerdem das außergewöhnlich freundliche Personal. Die Menschen in Indonesien sind generell sehr herzlich, doch in diesem Hotel war die Gastfreundschaft noch einmal besonders bemerkenswert. Jeder Wunsch wurde mit einem Lächeln erfüllt, sodass wir uns jederzeit rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt haben.

Everything — from the peaceful surroundings and beautiful room to the delicious breakfast and incredibly friendly staff — made the stay wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Ubud.
