Chesa Canggu

Staff were amazing, so clean, fantastic rooms and an all round fantastic hotel.

This is by far the most memorable stay I’ve had across all my travels. It’s my first time in Bali so I didn’t know what to expect, but the staff were super hospitable and friendly; room was very clean (little to no insects), location was safe, quiet and very near many popular restaurants and beaches, and the view of the hotel is just stunning.

My friend and I unfortunately fell sick during our stay, and the staff helped to call a doctor, checked in on us from time to time, and even offered to provide us with some porridge, bananas, or bread from their restaurant. We felt very well taken care of.

Overall, amazing stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to everyone else. Thank you so much, Chesa!

Our stay at Chesa Hotel was honestly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such genuine warmth and kindness that instantly made us feel at home. Every single staff member was absolutely incredible — friendly, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Whether it was a quick question, a request, or anything we needed, they were always just a message away and responded so quickly and thoughtfully. The level of care they showed truly made it feel like we were being looked after by family, not just hotel staff.

The hotel itself is just as impressive — beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and designed with so much care. The rooms are stunning, comfortable, and peaceful, and the pool area is just as beautiful — the perfect place to relax and unwind.

I’ve been lucky enough to visit Bali a few times now, and I can confidently say this has been one of my best stays yet. The combination of the gorgeous space and the genuinely amazing people who work there made the experience so special.

I couldn’t recommend Chesa Hotel more highly. If you’re looking for a place that feels welcoming, relaxing, and truly memorable, this is it.

Great location walking distance to everything, the whole place was pristine, inc the pool and gym. The food at the restaurant was 10/10 and the staff were so helpful. Honestly a quiet and peaceful hidden gem in busy Canggu.

Персонал помнит имена и готов всегда прийти на помощь. Особенная благодарность за помощь в момент когда я чувствовала себя плохо.

Утром после завтрака в одном из модных кафе, я отравилась. Персонал сразу обратил внимание на мое состояние и предложил всю необходимую помощь и вызов врача. Это было так мило и так приятно.

Вечером когда я поняла что ничего не ела, в ресторане ради меня приготовили обычный рис. Хотя его не было в меню. На следующий день они уточнили все ли у меня хорошо и приготовили овсяную кашу на воде и сладкий чай и всё это было комплиментом и поддержкой отеля. Это тронуло меня до глубины души.

Это первый отель в моей жизни, где сотрудники запоминали бы имела и так трепетно относились а самочувствию своих посетителей. Благодарю от чистого сердца каждого сотрудника этого замечательного отеля!

Great location—just 5 minutes from the beach. Pretty quiet too, and the best value for money in Canggu.

All of the staff are super friendly and attentive ensuring our stay was wonderful.

The location is great situated just off the main road with close proximity to bar, minimart, pharmacy.

The restaurant served some nice food.

The pool areas were very clean and look like the photos.

The bed was extremely comfy and the minibar was well stocked. The shower was fantastic.
