La posizione della struttura comodissima.
Il cambio asciugamano. Ho lasciato per terra gli asciugamani per il cambio giornaliero e al mio ritorno una coppia dei 4 asciugamani era stata ripiegata e messa al posto di uno nuovo.
Inoltre sono stata contattata in stanza alle 10 di sera (dormivo già) per il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno che avrei potuto fare tranquillamente la mattina successiva.

Very good size and very contemporary, excellent sized bathroom with great water pressure in the shower.
Mattress was a bit lumpy so it was not the most comfortable.
The location in Lisbon is great, right in the city centre. The room was as expected nice for one night. Receptionist was kind, fast and friendly. They stored our luggage for the day, which was convenient. Breakfast was okay and as expected for the price.
The staff at the breakfast room was not very attentive, but it was not a big hassle. We just had to wait a bit for a second coffee. Otherwise everything was fine.

Dirty, nasty carpet, bathroom was not clean.

The only good thing about it was the location.
Breakfast wasn't good. The room wasn't comfortable. It's an expensive hotel considering its amenities.
Excellent location. Breakfast was good and coffee was great.
I think having a fitted sheet on the mattress would be more comfortable than flat sheet that kept shifting
