Everything was great. Great location, very well maintained hotel with one of the best price/performance hotel in Lisboa city center. Ludmilson at the reception welcomed me very well for my check-in and when i needed something, he helped me a lot.
Tout a été exceptionnel durant notre séjour. Le personne a été d’une grande gentillesse et je les remercie chaleureusement pour l’attention portée le jour de mon anniversaire, cela m’as vraiment touché. On sent que c’est un hôtel avec une équipe qui se soucie réellement du bien-être de ses clients, et cela fait toute la différence.
L’emplacement est parfait. Très proche de la place du Commerce et de la Rua Augusta avec des nombreux restaurants et magasins à proximité. L’hôtel était propre et calme et les chambres spacieuses et confortables .
Nous reviendrons certainement avec grand plaisir.

Very nice and spacious room with all amenities. Good breakfast. Excellent location - we walked everywhere except to visit the Belem Tower.
The staff are extremely helpful but some of them don't speak very good English although they do try. This resulted in our shower soap pump not being replaced.

Moquette et rideaux tachés. Gel douche cassé et toujours pas réparé malgré 3 demandes. Donc pas de gel douche pour se laver pendant notre séjour. Tiroir de la table de nuit qui ne tient pas fermé. Obligé de le faire tenir avec une cale en papier. Machine a café sans grille pour poser la tasse.
Petit déjeuner industriel et moyen.
Ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles surtout au vue du prix payé.
Un geste commercial de la part de booking serait apprécié car choix effectué après lecture de leur commentaire.
L'hôtel est dans le centre de la ville. Il est situé vraiment proche des transports et du Tage. Les restaurants aux alentours sont très touristiques- aller dans des petites rues pour mieux manger !
L'insonorisation de la chambre était nickel !
La douche: waow. Odeur agréable dans le couloir
J'ai moins apprécié le petit-déjeuner : même chose chaque jour et peu de choix.
Petites imperfections dans la chambre ( par exemple le wc n'est pas bien fixé)

Ο κλιματισμός δεν λειτουργούσε κ παρότι το αναφέραμε στη ρεσεψιόν κοιμόμασταν όλα τα βραδυα με ανοιχτό παράθυρο κ τον τρομερό θόρυβο του δρόμου
Το ψυγειακι δεν λειτουργούσε, στο μπάνιο δεν υπήρχε παρά μόνο σαπούνι κ σαμπουάν , πετσέτες αλλάχτηκαν μόνο μια φορά στις 6 νύχτες που μείναμε, κ σεντόνια ποτέ κ ας ήταν λερωμένο κατά λάθος από σοκολάτα Στο καλάθι του μπάνιου δεν υπήρχε σακκούλα κ δεν πλενόταν μ αποτέλεσμα να μυρίζει άσχημα Μετά από την υπηρεσία δωματίου οι πυζαμες μου ήταν πεταμένες στο πάτωμα η δε καθαριότητα άθλια
Το δωμάτιο πολύ μικρό μετά βίας χωρούσαμε να περάσουμε πάνω από τις αποσκευές μας
Διαμαρτυρηθήκαμε στη ρεσεψιόν , ζητήσαμε τον μάνατζερ κ δεν εμφανίστηκε ποτέ στείλαμε κ διαμαρτυρία για αποζημίωση στη booking μαζί με φωτο κ η απάντηση ήταν πως δεν καταλήξαν σε κάποια συμφωνία με το ξενοδοχείο
Το προσωπικό στο πρωινό κ τη ρεσεψιόν ανέκφραστο , άβουλο κ αγέλαστο Ο πρωινός μπουφές ανεκτός Μετά από αυτά μας έδωσαν μόνο 3 ώρες δωρεάν check out
Για όποιον θέλει παροχές δύο αστέρων ξενοδοχείο
