Pros:

AC dingin dan ketersediaan air minum baik

Cons:

Tangga depan menuju front office menyulitkan bagi orang tua atau siapa pun dengan sakit lutut/kaki.
Staf hotel tidak menjelaskan kalau kamar tipe connecting, jadi terdengar suara berisik kamar sebelah; bahkan suara ngorok pun terdengar.
Ruang shower tanpa gorden, sehingga nyiprat ke mana-mana.
Parkir mobil jauh.
Harga terlalu mahal dengan banyak kekurangan itu.

Alana is the Best Hotel in Malang
Pros:

This is The Best Hotel for short or longer visits in Malang, location hotel is just 5 min away from High Way Toll exit from Surabaya.
Very clean, super friendly staff, food is delicious, rooms are very clean, overall no negative comments.
When we are back in Malang, definitely we will book again at this amazing Hotel.

Sofa byk kutu busuk, kaki dan tangan saya jadi korban gigitan kutu busuk. Parkir agak susah, ke lobby mesti naik tangga. Di kasih kamar yg ada connecting door, kamar sebelah ribut sekali dari subuh...

Recommended banget, dekat tol dan juga tidak terlalu krodit jalanan di depan hotelnya
Pros:

Lokasi bagus dekat tol, layanan valet parking yang profesional, di sediakanya air minum galon di corridor kamar (kebetulan saya selalu bawa tumbler/mengurangi sampah plastik).

Cons:

Perlu lebih bervareasi breakfast nya, saat pakai shower air selalu keluar karena kaca pembatas kurang lebar sehingga area keringnya selalu menjadi basah

Very nice room, comfortable bed, clean and modern bathroom.

Cons:

Communication was difficult, e.g. ordered vegetarian lunch boxes were with chicken (twice), in general vegetarian options were scarce.
When entering the room the tv starts to play very loud advertisement of the hotel, some room near us had it playing for over 48h.

Top Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön. Wir wurden beim Check In geupgradet und hatte eine Junior Suite. Die Suite war sauber, groß und schön eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr modern. Für die Tour zum Mount Bromo gab es ein Frühstückspaket. Das Personal war super freundlich, aber nicht alle sprechen Englisch. Zum Frühstück gab es eine unglaubliche Auswahl (eher asiatisches Frühstück).

Cons:

Der Pool und das Gym sind schon sehr klein. Am Pool gibt es auch keine Area zum entspannen, bzw. Gibt es zwei Liegen. Die Lage ist nicht optimal, da man herum kaum Restaurants findet, aber es gibt einige Stände mit Essen.

Pros:

Prestations qualitatives, service clients incroyable, propreté impeccable dans les espaces communs comme dans les chambres. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et avons passés un excellent séjour. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable.
Il y avait des distributeurs d'eau dans les couloirs pour éviter d'acheter des bouteilles.
Très bonne localisation, proche de divers petits restaurants/supermarchés, et bon emplacement pour visiter Malang où prévoir des excursions.
