When we arrived the card key didn’t work so we were given a normal key for the room. We then discovered that the safe didn’t work, the pool ladder had rusted away from the holding making it unusable. The glass window/ door didn’t lock as well. We ended up having money stolen from our room. We notified the front desk and they told us it was our fault. Suggesting that we had used it or exchanged it etc.
Even without this happening, it’s not a great place to stay. Have stayed in better in Bali for less money.
Nous avons adoré cet hôtel! Le personnel est attentionné, c’est propre et les déjeuners à la carte sont très bons. Pour se rendre à la plage, il faut marcher environ 15 minutes. Le trottoir est étroit et irrégulier. Nous avons aimé prendre des belles marches sur la plage d’un côté comme de l’autre. Nous avons aussi essayé plusieurs restaurants à proximité de l’hôtel et tout était très bon! Les couchers de soleil son magnifiques! Nous avons utilisé deux fois les services de massages de l’hôtel et c’était très bien! C’est une magnifique expérience pour nous ! Merci
