The Staff were very friendly and kind. Very helpful. The location was for us very good .
the hygiene was poor. couches and sofas were dirty. the dirty plates of guests were in the hall where you smelled food. also the sewer odor was strongly present.
Bed comfortable, not noisy room. Breakfast excellent and staff is super friendly!
So happy to stayed here. This is a new hotel and everything was very good. The room is clean, and also the staff was very friendly. Next time when I go to Surabaya, I will stay here again. Recommended!!
