Bed Bugs !

we hadden meteen geconstateerd dat er bed bugs / bedswantsen op de kamer waren en een foto gemaakt en aan de receptie getoond. Die waren niet verrast en wilden een andere kamer aanbieden. Ze wilden ook niet komen kijken en dat verbaasde ons. Dat wilden we niet omdat we dat niet vertrouwden. De receptie heeft op mijn verzoek een verklaring opgesteld en ondertekend voor de terugstorting van het gehele bedrag van 146 Euro voor 3 nachten. Helaas hebben we dat nog altijd niet ontvangen.
Die nacht op een strandstoel geslapen en 2 nachten elders geboekt. Nu opnieuw mail gestuurd. Hoop dat we ons geld terugkrijgen.

Clean, lovely and helpful staff, water refills (sometimes they are all empty though) and great location!!

Cons:

Loud music bar across the street doing karaoke every night, pool is advertised as part of the hotel but is actually in partnership with a restaurant (not an issue but be aware you aren’t allowed to take your water bottle there, you have to buy expensive water from the restaurant if you want to drink anything) also limited sun beds, but great food at the restaurant😊.

La ubicación del alojamiento es muy buena. Limpia y luminosa. Destacaría la relación calidad/precio.

Cons:

Se encontraba en obras. Muchas de sus instalaciones se veían a medio hacer y polvorientas. En nuestra habitación se podía ver una grieta de gran tamaño en la pared. Lo que encontré más incómodo es que tanto para disfrutar de la piscina como de la zona del buffet, tienes que salir del edificio. No sé entiende mucho si estás en el complejo o en la calle, ya que se mezcla con tiendas y con los peatones. En el área del restaurante había muchas moscas.

We hebben drie nachten alleen maar in de herrie gezeten. De eerste twee nachten een opening van hun eigen gebouw met live muziek en keiharde dj’s tot 22:00u. Je kon de tv niet verstaan en de lijstjes trilden aan de wand. En de laatste dag tot 3:00 ‘s nachts keiharde muziek van de overburen. Gevraagd om een andere kamer, was geen optie. Airco maakte onwijs veel herrie. Ongebruikelijk. Geen oog dicht gedaan. Vieze handdoek toen we wilde douchen. Klaar mee.
