Good location and clean.
Pros:

Good location, very clean and only basic amenities (no gym or pool).

The service was a bit strange, in terms of lack of flexibility, and food not exciting.
However, there is an excellent Malaysian restaurant attached to the front of the hotel that was incredible!

Posizione ottima. Hotel aperto ad ottobre 23 e per essere da poco aperto la pulizia è pessima, lenzuola e federe dei cuscini macchiate. Asciugacapelli non presente (1 solo per tutta la struttura) ed una sera ricevo la chiamata a mezzanotte passata perché serviva ad altri clienti (la sera prima a noi era stato negato). Colazione buona e una menzione speciale va alla Sig.ra Retno, sempre disponibile e sorridente, e molto attenta alla ricerca della soluzione del problema presentato (già assistito da lei nell' altra struttura del Montana di Senggigi)

Pros:

The refrigerator is like nothing we’ve ever seen before. It only holds three bottles of water laying down. There is no depth to the refrigerator. You cannot store food or leftovers. The meals were disappointing. The staff is fabulous and friendly. Shower and sink did not drain properly and almost overflowed out of the shower onto the floor due to poor design of drains. Rooms are clean. No closet and no dresser drawers. It was very inconvenient to have to live out of our suitcase for a week. No king size bed. They put two beds together and 2 bottom sheets going Forzano, so there was no top sheet just 2 comforters as if you were in a bed by yourself.
