Pros:

The staff are brilliant here and really make the stay, one of my best experiences at a hotel in a long time. So kind and polite, always with a smile, the experience makes the hotel just that bit better!

Would highly recommend this hotel!
Pros:

Location was great, on the quieter side of the island, excellent for watching the sunset. Staff were brilliant and pools were both great. Very good food/breakfast.

이 호텔에서 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 위치가 중심지와는 조금 떨어져 있었지만 덕분에 조용하고 한적하게 휴식을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 특히 선셋 전망이 정말 아름다웠습니다. 직원분들은 매우 친절했고 객실도 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어 있었습니다. 전반적으로 매우 만족스러운 숙박이었으며 다시 방문하고 싶은 곳입니다.

Cons:

-No buffet breakfast. Ala carte menu too simple for the big resort like this.
-Located at Sunset area and need to walk about 2.5km to the hotel from the harbour. Hotel please consider to provide shuttle / pick up return from to harbour.

Lovely! We had to leave a night early due to flight change unfortunately but we will most definitely be back.
Pros:

Close to beach. Great location. Sunsets just out the front.

Cons:

We were told the back pool would be open until 10pm but turns out it was only 9pm. Maybe they got confused on the day.
