Fantastic service and kindness,everything was amazing
A beautiful resort on the sunset side of Gili T —everything feels fresh, modern, and very well-maintained. The rooms are a standout feature; they are a great size with plenty of space to relax, which isn't always easy to find on the island. Of course, the beachfront views are absolutely stunning and easily the highlight of the stay both in morning and evening.
While the stay was mostly excellent, the food especially breakfast was a bit underwhelming. The quality and variety didn't quite match the high standard of the rooms and facilities. There is definitely room for improvement in the kitchen to make it a truly 5-star experience
Everything. This hotel is only rated as a 4star but far outweighs other 5star resorts on the island. Staff were great, the spa and wellness facility was amazing and the room and facilities of the hotel were all fantastic.

Nice hotel. The room was really quiet
Ala carte breakfast was a bit limited as you could only choose one option. Beautiful beach but not really suitable for swimming because of the corals. There are nice sandy beaches on the north and east side of the island where swimming is better

시설 좋고 직원들 매우 친절하고 모든 거이 나무랄데 없습니다.......위치는 조금 벗어난 지역이지만 조용한 휴양에는 아주 좋을듯합니다.수영장 관리도 잘되어 있어 좋아ㅆ어요....
테라스가 서로 마주보아 프라이버시 문제가 조금 있어요.... 앞에서 바이크 대여하는 사람있는데 호텔 직영으로 운영하는게 나을듯합니다. 가격도 들쑥날쑥이고 돈 선불 주고 나니 불친절함.

It was our second time in the hotel and for 100% we will come back. The place is amazing, the staff is very helpful and nice, breakfasts are delicious!
The wifi is not stable. It’s the problem if you work online and need to have video conferences. I guess it’s not a hotel problem but just the island.
