El hotel es muy tranquilo, hermoso, con habitaciones espaciosas y cómodas. Ducha con agua caliente y buena presión de agua. El desayuno es a la carta pero es muy abundante (buena manera de salvar comida en comparación con desayuno buffet), incluye un jugo, café o té, una selección del desayuno, agua con pepino, un panificado y un vaso de mix de frutas, más que suficiente! Excelente, todo fresco.
El restaurante tiene la mejor comida de todo GiliT, fresca y sabrosa.
La atención de todo el personal del hotel es muy atenta y profesional.
La piscina está super limpia y con barra, también cuenta con otra piscina más cerca de la playa. Disponen de sillas y sombrillas gratuitas en la playa. Los mejores atardeceres se ven desde la playa del hotel.
Nos hicimos masajes de pie en el hotel, increíbles.
Como comentario o sugerencia positiva: como la ubicación del hotel esta del lado opuesto al puerto, las bicicletas o scooters podrían tener la opción de retirar/devolver en el puerto para no utilizar los caballos como medio de transporte al regreso al puerto para coger el barco (me dio mucha pena que utilicen caballos).
During our stay in Gili Trawangan,it was truly a wonderful experience to stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and the peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds were especially incredibly cozy.
The breakfast had a great variety, and everything was fresh and delicious. The pool area was calm and relaxing; spending time there during sunset was particularly beautiful. The location is also very convenient — close to central attractions yet quiet enough to fully relax.
The staff’s kindness and attentiveness made our holiday even more special. We felt genuinely valued and comfortable throughout our stay. We would especially like to thank the hotel manager, Mr. Ender, for his care, professionalism, and hospitality. If we return to Bali, we would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended.

This resort is beautiful, quiet, and very serene — it felt like a true escape. The breakfast each morning was spectacular and something we genuinely looked forward to. The pool and swim-up bar area were fantastic and a great place to relax during the day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially with arranging snorkeling tours and sharing local information. The restaurant setting and beachfront area were lovely, and the chairs and beanbags set up for sunset made it one of the best sunset spots we’ve experienced. We also saw many turtles along this stretch of beach, which made the location even more special. Also the staff brought cookies to the room each evening!
The main pool could use a bit more frequent cleaning/shocking.
