Pros:

Staff were extremely friendly and always stopped to chat about how our days going. Facilities were really clean and room was always tidy after housekeeping. Location was great as well especially the restaurant, great view of beach!

Cons:

Nothing went wrong!!

Pros:

Desayuno excelente, te dejan elegir entre bastante variedad y ademas nos dieron una fruta de bienvenida del desayuno, un vaso de agua y bolleria ademas de todo el desayuno que elegias, muy completo y el lugar del desayuno muy bonito. El personal super educado y atento y te das facilidades para todo, volvere.

An outstanding and wonderful stay!
Pros:

This was our third time returning and we couldn't fault it in the slightest! Wonderful, friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome, good selection of breakfast as well as pool snacks. Rooms are really spacious and cleaned every day and the warm, fresh cookies delivered every early evening was a lovely treat. Ideal location, probably around a 10 minute bicycle ride into the main centre which keeps it away from the hustle and noise but still within walking distance to lots of other bars and restaurants. When we return, we will definitely be staying here again! Thank you to all the wonderful staff!!

Cons:

There wasn't anything I disliked, if I had to pick a fault, sometimes breakfast could be a little slow but this didn't bother us as.

Feels like my second home. We really enjoy our 10 night stay and we will definitely come back.
Pros:

Everything especially the staff and the excellent customer service. Location is perfect, the rooms are spacious and clean, the garden is well maintained.

Cons:

Towels need to be refreshed.. they are getting old. For hotels, clean and fresh linen and towels are a must.

Al bij al een geweldig verblijf gehad. Schone, ruime, moderne kamers. Enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Heerlijk eten voor een redelijke prijs. Fijne zwembaden.

Cons:

Enkel de prijs van de laundry service. Je betaalt per kledingstuk en de prijs is absurd hoog. Ook jammer dat (aangezien het hotel aan de rustigere zijde van het eiland ligt) er de eerste dag geen eigen fietsen meer beschikbaar waren, maar ook niet bij de externe partners waar ze mee samen werken.

Pros:

We loved our stay at the hotel. The staff were very nice, our room was spaciuos and clean. Breakfast was ala carte with many different options. We went to the hotel restaurant for dinner one night and the food was amazing. The hotel is few mintues away from the beach clubs, so it's still close if you want to go, but just far enough away to not hear the noise if you want to have a quiet evening.

Cons:

There's really nothing to complain about. The only thing we noticed was that some of the tiles in the pool need replacing and some of the lounge chair cushions have stains on them and need a wash.

Pros:

El alojamiento tiene muy buena ubicación en una zona muy apartada de gili T, tranquila. Las habitaciones son amplias. Internet y A/C funcionan sin problema.

Cons:

Tres cosas: la primera, muchos hoteles similares a este a su alrededor ofrecen servicio de alquiler gratuito de bicicletas para los huéspedes sin embargo aquí era de pago y las bibicletas estaban en condiciones suboptimas. Lo segundo, durante mi estancia dado que no hay interruptores en la habitación solo un pequeño mando con el que se enciende la luz golpee una botella de agua de cristal que rellenan todos los días y se rompió, lo notifique para que tuviesen cuidado con el suelo, mi sorpresa fue que a la salida me la querían cobrar, un precio bastante bajo y ridículo que me parecía lamentable que después de cuatro noches hospedada cobrar una botella pequeña de cristal en el check out era muy cutre y que lo iba a escribir en mi reseña entonces me dijeron que no hacia falta que lo pagase…
La tercera, el estado de limpieza de las hamaca de la playa y la piscina podría cuidarse un poco más. El suelo de la piscina tiene bastantes desperfectos y puedes cortarte.
