Extrem freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wirklich hervozuheben, wie lieb alle zu und waren. Kaum zu toppen :)
Uns wurde bei der Ankunft eine kleine Überraschung versprochen. Die "kleine Überraschung" war ein upgrade auf eine Suite.

Les chambres sont d'un raffinement rare, alliant confort et esthétique. De plus, la localisation est tout simplement exceptionnelle.
La qualité de la cuisine a sublimé notre expérience, chaque repas était un sans-faute.

From the very first moment, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Every single team member was incredibly attentive, polite, and professional. Their level of care truly stands out — they were always ready to help, proactive, and sincerely kind. You can feel that they care about the guests, not just about doing their job.

The hotel itself is beautifully designed, stylish, and perfectly located, making it easy to explore Lisbon. The rooms are elegant, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, with great attention to detail. Everything felt clean, well-organized, and high quality.
