Our stay at Art Legacy Hotel was truly exceptional and one of the most memorable hotel experiences our family has ever had. While the hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and impeccably designed, what made our stay genuinely unforgettable was not the building, the rooms, or even the excellent facilities. It was the people.

From the very first moment we arrived, every member of the staff made us feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. In many luxury hotels, you can find beautiful rooms and impressive amenities, but it is much harder to find a team that consistently delivers such warmth, professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, smiling, eager to help, and highly professional. It was clear that guest satisfaction is not simply a goal here—it is part of the hotel's culture.

I would especially like to recognize Beatriz, who was absolutely outstanding throughout our stay. Her professionalism, kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care for guests were remarkable. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect for our family. It is rare to meet someone who combines efficiency, hospitality, and sincerity in such a natural way. Beatriz is a true asset to Art Legacy Hotel and one of the main reasons our experience was so special.

One gesture in particular touched us deeply and deserves special mention. The hotel team surprised our daughter with a beautiful teddy bear accompanied by a personalized dedication. In all our travels around the world, we have never experienced such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture. It was not something expected, nor something they had to do. It was simply an act of kindness that showed how much they care about creating meaningful memories for their guests. Our daughter was absolutely delighted, and it became one of the highlights of her trip to Lisbon.

The attention to detail throughout our stay was simply outstanding.

A beautiful hotel with thoughtful detail on every floor and in every room.

Everything!!! The staff couldn’t do enough for you, from the free welcome drink to the delicious dinner in the restaurant. We highly recommend the hotel.

Excellent accommodation and fine service in a top notch location
Pros:

Superb hospitality and service in an excellent place in a top notch location. Proactive pre arrival communication and prompt attention all around, sumptuous breakfast options and attention to detail by all staff we came across - Martins, Mathieu and Beatriz at the front office were most helpful with our requests. Restaurant staff were superb as well.

Nothing, it was all super.

Maravilhoso, melhor hotel de Lisboa
Pros:

O melhor hotel que já nos hospedamos até hoje. Tudo excelente, desde as pessoas que tivemos contato, até as acomodações, café da manhã. Sem falar da localização, que é perfeita. Fizemos todos os pontos turísticos a pé, com exceção da torre de Belém e do trajeto aeroporto/trem que fizemos ambos de metrô/eletrico. Fizeram do começo da nossa lua de mel um espetáculo.

Pros:

The breakfast was very good. Even though the rooms were small, the efficient design helped get everything we needed. Bathrooms were excellent. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Cons:

The biggest problem was with our rooms facing the Main Street. It was difficult for me because I need open windows and fresh air when I'm sleeping. Due to how busy the main street was, the garbage trucks working late at night and street noise it was very noisy.
