All perfect
One small thing: The size of the rooms. A tiny bit too small. But it is what it is – the architecture of the original building sets the tone… wouldn’t go anywhere else, so I live with the size!
Very friendly & helpful staff. We always use this hotel as location is excellent.
Nothing
The personalized service by the staff. They arranged wonderful trips and gave lot of local information. The restaurant was exceptional in the quality of the food, and also make special effort to address food allergies.

The staff are possibly some of the friendliest I have ever experienced and they could not do enough to help you, including recommending places when going out.
Wardrobe space is limited in the rooms, but that's if being really picky. It certainly didn't spoil the stay.
La ubicación es inmejorable,: cercanía de puntos históricos, restaurantes y comercio de excelencia. Si decoración es sofisticada, elegante pero no abrumadora, lo que da calidez y cercanía a las dependencias.
Nos sentimos como en casa, el personal siempre está dispuesto a satisfacer cualquier necesidad. Felicitaciones.
Del alojamiento nos gusto todo. Solo un detalle a mencionar fue que gestionaron nuestra ida a buscar al muelle al que llegamos y ese traslado fue excesivamente te caro. Es un servicio externo al hotel pero pensamos que deberían ser más cuidadosos en ese detalle (la carrera comparativa de uber o un taxi cualquiera era 8 veces más económico).

The location is prime: right in the heart of Baixa, close to restaurants, squares and monuments. Rossio train station is a few blocks away.
The design is elegant and beautiful. The building is solidly constructed. The building is on a fairly noisy street but you can't tell that if the window is closed; the soundproofing works.
Breakfast is excellent: a nice buffet with baked goods, fruit, charcuterie, plus hot items made to order. We also had a memorable fine-dining dinner in their restaurant, Áurea; hotel guests get 30% off the bill too.
The service overall is delightful. They strive to please.

Small rooms not enough lighting. Didn’t like the wood frame around the bed that took place and bumping into it all around the bed in a small space.
Un soggiorno da 10 e lode!
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido hotel e siamo rimasti incantati da ogni dettaglio. La struttura è bellissima, curata e situata in una zona elegante e comodissima per raggiungere tutto a piedi. Gli spazi comuni, come la hall e la zona ristoro, sono ampi e molto accoglienti.
La pulizia è impeccabile in ogni ambiente. Ma il vero punto di forza di questo hotel è il personale: semplicemente eccezionale, non ho mai trovato un livello di disponibilità e gentilezza simile. Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto lo staff per averci fatto sentire coccolati dal primo all'ultimo momento.
Un plauso enorme anche per la colazione, ottima e ricca con un'ampia scelta e la possibilità di avere piatti preparati al momento, il che rende l'esperienza davvero inclusiva e di alta qualità.
C'è un'attenzione particolare e scrupolosa per i celiaci.

Morgenmaden var helt fantastisk, stort udvalg, mange retter blev først tilberedt efter bestilling fra et udsøgt menukort.
Beliggenheden fås næppe meget bedre i byen, og fra værelses balkon var der udsigt til floden mod syd og til Rossio pladsen mod nord.
Personalet var helt utroligt. De var meget professionelle og opmærksomme, men uden at være anmassende eller højtidelige. En perfekt balance.
Hotellets restaurant Áurea, hvor morgenmaden også indtages, fik vi den ene dag den klart bedste middag vi fik i løbet af vores 3 overnatninger. Suveræn lækker og velsmagende mad, med gode vinanbefalinger (på glas), til en meget rimelig pris (30% rabat til hotellets gæster).
Sidst men ikke mindst skal hotellets farverige og gennemførte design fremhæves. Værelsesgangene er enten røde, blå eller grønne, og værelserne kan enten være grønne, blå, røde eller gule. Jeg føler vi var heldige at et grønt værelse, og jeg ved ikke om et rødt eller gult værelse havde været for meget af det gode. Men det finder jeg måske ud af når jeg kommer igen en anden gang.
Der kunne godt have været nogle fitness faciliteter. Der måtte også gerne have været et større udvalg i minibaren på værelset.
