Wir waren auf Nusa Penida im Zusammenhang mit einer längeren Asienreise. Das Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer war ein Traum und hatte genügend Platz für 3 Personen.

We had a great time here. The rooms feature amazing views and the staff is extremely nice and welcoming.

Pramana Natura Nusa Penida is an exceptional hotel located in a cliff providing breathtaking ocean views sunrise to sunset from your private balcony, infinity pool and restaurant. The rooms are clean and very comfortable.

I loved the staff and the accommodations.
The staff bent over backwards to schedule tours, spa services and even change of rooms.
The hotel is spotless and the views are amazing.
You will not be disappointed staying at this amazing hotel.
I will definitely recommend this place for family and friends.

A wonderful place, the best hotel in Penida.

This is a spectacular gem. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. The bumpy road in is a bit scary, but once you get here, it’s paradise. Beautiful rooms, and wonderful grounds. There other restaurants nearby if you’re looking to switch it up for a night.

Overall I would say it is overpriced. Yes the view is amazing, the swimming pool / bar & restaurant area very nice but before arriving to the hotel the road is so rude and very dirty. We can’t go outside without a bike or a car. Our room was located next to the lobby and car park, i.e. a lot of noise. In our room, water drainage was not working very well. All personnel is very nice, especially at the bar & restaurant, making the overall stay very nice. Food is expensive for Bali.

Incrível. Quarto super confortável, ótimo atendimento, da sacada do quarto com vista mar era possível ver o lindo sunset. A piscina maravilhosa, delicioso café da manhã. Sem nenhum queixa negativa. A estrada de acesso é um pouco ruim mas na ilha isso é normal, não tivemos problemas com a estrada. Se vc for a Nusa Penida fique neste hotel, recomendo.

Accueil chaleureux et personnalisé. Les hôtesses sont souriantes et agréables. Formalités simple, pensez à votre passeport.

Chambre Royal : nous sommes accompagnés à la chambre avec une voiturette au travers du complexe, très propre. La chambre est très luxueuse, avec une immense vue mer, une piscine privée propre en pierre de bali magnifique, un peu fraîche. Literie confortable, propre, avec une superbe vue depuis le lit.
La salle de bain est grande, luxueuse aussi. Vous pourrez bénéficier de petits kits pour vos soins personnels. Toutefois, il n’y a pas d’espace pour étendre les serviettes, donc mise en guirlande autour de la baignoire.
Le minibar gratuit était vide, la réception a fait le nécessaire pour l’approvisionner et à également fourni des cartes (non mise en systématique dans la chambre) pour le room service.
Possibilité d’une breakfast dans la piscine.

Point négatif du spot : important traffic maritime et mauvaise insonorisation des chambres, énormément de bateau touristique tout au long de la journée.

Restaurant : nous avons eu la chance d’avoir un repas sous les étoiles (programme du restaurant) avec des chanteurs guitaristes doués. Service irréprochable toutefois temps d’attente de service assez long. La carte est assez standard, en offre pour tous les goûts. La cuisine est bonne. Petit déjeuner américain pour nous le matin, très bon et service plus rapide cette fois. Serveuse souriante, à l’écoute et dynamique.

Super hôtel / belles prestations

Staff was helpful and hotel itself was beautiful and clean. Enjoyed the infinity pool and the drink and food options. Staff also helped me obtain a scooter very quickly. My only complaint was I setup a driver for pickup from harbor days in advance and waited an hour for pickup after contacting staff. I could have easily took a taxi from harbor for same price and saved an extra hour of my day.

All about the views. Pool very nice. Rooms are nice but doors does not fully close. Found a large bug running in our room in the morning. Service great like everywhere else in Bali. Please USA learn! Breakfast very basic, lots of stairs to get to swimming pool , location not near much to do without getting a motorbike . Difficult and expensive transport from buyuk harbour. We ate dinner at adiwana resort next door, best decision.

Amazing place, but there is room for more. More meal options would be nice, there are boats driving in front of the hotel all the time, because there is a famous snorkeling spot, so always a bit noisy during the day. You need a scooter, otherwise you are stuck. Amazing staff and super friendly. The rooms are absolutely stunning and new.

Still construction work ongoing so it’s quite noisy at times. This was unexpected.
Price of food and drinks was very very high. At times, similar to UK prices!!
We stayed for 4 nights and the limited food menu was becoming very boring. Small portion sizes too. Service slow at times.
Worst mojito I’ve ever had!

Room was not available at check-in time which was disappointing. Instead we had to wait with no offer of complimentary drink/food etc, so that was poor service.
Price of hotel taxis and tours was x2-3 times of what you pay locally… crazy!

Room floor was dirty and pool in private villa was dirty too.

Also… lots of guests flying drones. This should be banned as it doesn’t allow guests privacy in rooms.


Overall, lovely hotel but expensive stay for Bali standards. Could not fault the staff who were friendly and provided great service.

New hotel location is great, but the staff has a lot to learn on hospitality- had to wait 1 hour for the room to be ready after announced check in time/ when ordered taxi towards the port staff did not arrange anythibg and tried to blame “traffic” - nusa penida is not a tumultuous island - did not see a single vehicle on the way…
