Property had a great location.
- Since guests needs to eat all meals here, I think you should upgrade the level of food and dishes. Some of the meals were very swinging in quality, even if the dishes were the same.
- maybe also upgrade the comfort in your restaurant. If you use pillows and they are white, stained with black moist: at least put a pillowcase.
Chairs are uncomfortable. Since it’s the only place you can sit, you can eat etc. make it more comfortable and clean.
The resort was really nice, villas are amazing. The rooms are incredible, clean and looks surreal.
The staff were very friendly, polite and great service.
It is a very quite and relaxing place, we came because we wanted to experience this kind of relaxation.
The beach was super dirty.! l understand that it is a rainy season and that the sea brings a lot of garbage, but the staff did not put any effort in cleaning the beach for the 4 days that we were there, not even once. The other resort nearby (Eco Lodge) was cleaning their beach 2 times a day and we had to go there and enioy their beach every day, cause ours was just terrible and full of garbage. Such a pity.
Another thing we did not like was the food choice in Bleu Mathis. The menu is just few pages and mostly carbs options, a little overpriced as wel. The taste of the food was inconsistent, depending on the shifts. Some cooks did a great job, while someother times I would get stomach acids even and completely different taste. Again, after few tries, we were "forced" to dine at the other resort - Eco Lodge. Which have an amazing ltalian restaurant with tons of choices and around 30-40% cheaper overall...

餐厅里的每一位员工都很热情。
我们预订了两间房间，住了5天4晚。
1、在预订过程中邮件回复实在缓慢，每次邮件快则次日回复，慢则2-3天才回复。
2、两个房间热水都很不稳定，要么没有热水，要么热水很烫。
3、活动中心的男员工对于活动预订工作很冷漠，没有说真正意义在帮助客人完成其需求，只是在完成工作。这也导致最后一天海钓活动预订之后也没有人与我们沟通是否能够前往，最后导致活动流失。

Je n'ai pas apprécié la nourriture du restaurant, l'accès la la plage, pour se baigner, nous avons eu une réduction mais si vous vous attendez a un hôtel de luxe ce n'est pas le cas c’est très bien mais pas si luxueux que ce qui est annoncé

There was no internet dooring our visit se we had to leave the resort to another one to work. I also think for this price the cleaning should be higher level. Private pool was not so private and needed deep cleaning.
Bleu Mathis Gili Asahan was the perfect place to end our vacation in Lombok, with an incredible view over the ocean, snorkeling activities, and good food.
The staff working there are amongst the friendliest people we’ve met in Indonesia (which is saying something !), they are hardworking and professional, and very easy to talk to, we’ve had a great time chatting with them.
The staff was amazing! The people are so lovely. Everyone is nice and the atmosphere is incredible. The rooms were so cute. Quite area and always someone taking care of you. Perfect for couples or friends who want to relax. The staff played chess with me since my friends didn’t know how to play. For my birthday they were singing and it was perfect.
Maybe a free water access at the pool area would be great. They bring it to your room but it would be cool to have free water also for dinner for example.
Это просто райское место. Идеально для тех, кто устал от всего и всех. Шикарные свежие виллы с идеальными подушками и большой кроватью. Чудесный вид и свежий воздух. Прекрасный завтрак и неплохая еда. Супер сервис. Вид на залив и фермы по выращиванию жемчуга.
Это одно из тех немногих мест, куда хочется вернуться! Ну и мы приехали сюда во многом из-за того, что были в данной сети в Амеде, тут нам понравилось ничуть не меньше 👍 надеюсь вернуться сюда и привезти родителей 🫶 спасибо огромное за чудесный отдых!
Все понравилось, но есть пожелание - подкармливайте, пожалуйста, котят, которые прибегают в ресторан. Худые голодные котята - прямо испорченное настроение🙏
И пластиковый мусор на пляже и дальше за пределами отеля, понятно, что это не ваша обязанность - убирать пластик, но для нас, сортирующих вторсырье дома, пластик вокруг ужасно расстраивает🫶
