Best value for money 🌺
Pros:

Very clean, great food and the most welcoming service. Loved it.The location is the best for where I want to go. Will stay here gain!

staffs need to speak an English at least to understand basic and speak., as it's international Htl

this is my 2nd time stay .

Comfortable bed / room size.
location also nice .

Cons:

first room while check in the rooms with bed smell. I surprise that room Service didn't notice , even I checked around 21:30 pm at late check in , I can't stay in that room ( smell very bad more bad then smoking smell )
same time I compline to front desk , the girl upgrade me the room on 17th floor. thank's to her room without any smell.

breakfast need more item's to be added. not much happy about the breakfast .

staffs can't speak English ( amount of them I found only one girl who can speak basic English ) .
as it's international change hotel it must require to understand at least basic English as they seeing me I'm a foreigner they keep on speaking Chiness to me..

I have to spent £75 to make a phone call from London to ask staff email me a confirmation to apply Chinese visa but fail because staff does not how to do it. I have
To go back home to use own computer to re apply visa next day. No public library has computer to do it near city.
