Location to airport
Internet problems, how long it took to check in and out, the unexpected deposit.
The bed was super comfortable, and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was excellent quality and range.
It needs a bit of updates, the blind in the bathroom was not pleasant 😞
Close to the airport and the rooftop pool view was great. Bed was comfortable.
Staff were friendly but always seem to have a lot of them, however when you need them they are no where to be found.
Whilst it looked tidy, the rooms smelt musty and mouldy. The carpets were obviously dirty. Towels grey. Hotel upkeep was generally poor.
Staff almost no existent at the pool. I was standing at the bar, someone who appeared to be a staff member was vaping at a table. Did not even look up. He was in a black shirt, so maybe was on a break. Eventually someone appeared. They do not have drinks at the pool bar. They have to call and have someone deliver from downstairs.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and was satisfied with both the comfort of the hotel and the quality of the service. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed my time here.
I was disappointed with the hotel's handling of my reservation. I had booked a non-refundable rate that, according to the booking conditions, allowed the stay dates to be changed subject to availability.
When I needed to change my dates, Booking.com showed that no rooms were available. However, I found availability for the same dates on Agoda. I contacted the hotel and asked whether they could change my reservation since rooms were clearly available. The hotel replied that my room category was fully booked and that it was therefore not possible to modify my reservation.
As a result, I had to make a new reservation through Agoda for the new dates and let my original Booking.com reservation go partially unused.
What surprised me most was that, upon arrival, I was assigned exactly the same room type that the hotel had claimed was unavailable – a Deluxe Room with King Bed.
While I truly enjoyed my stay, I do not consider this approach to reservation management to be fair or transparent. It gave the impression that the hotel was unwilling to accommodate a simple date change, even though availability ultimately existed. I hope the hotel will adopt a more customer-friendly and transparent policy in the future.

However in the morning we found blood on our sheets and it didn't come from us. We got in very late and just jumped into bed, so we didn't see it until the morning

Very close to the airport for our late night flight. Rooftop pool was cool with the plane runway right there.
5th floor rooms were noisy with the rooftop pool above, kids running around.
