Pros:

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and was satisfied with both the comfort of the hotel and the quality of the service. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed my time here.

Cons:

I was disappointed with the hotel's handling of my reservation. I had booked a non-refundable rate that, according to the booking conditions, allowed the stay dates to be changed subject to availability.
When I needed to change my dates, Booking.com showed that no rooms were available. However, I found availability for the same dates on Agoda. I contacted the hotel and asked whether they could change my reservation since rooms were clearly available. The hotel replied that my room category was fully booked and that it was therefore not possible to modify my reservation.
As a result, I had to make a new reservation through Agoda for the new dates and let my original Booking.com reservation go partially unused.
What surprised me most was that, upon arrival, I was assigned exactly the same room type that the hotel had claimed was unavailable – a Deluxe Room with King Bed.
While I truly enjoyed my stay, I do not consider this approach to reservation management to be fair or transparent. It gave the impression that the hotel was unwilling to accommodate a simple date change, even though availability ultimately existed. I hope the hotel will adopt a more customer-friendly and transparent policy in the future.

Cons:

However in the morning we found blood on our sheets and it didn't come from us. We got in very late and just jumped into bed, so we didn't see it until the morning

Great value hotel super close to airport.
Pros:

Very close to the airport for our late night flight. Rooftop pool was cool with the plane runway right there.

Cons:

5th floor rooms were noisy with the rooftop pool above, kids running around.

Pros:

The roof top pool bar was a great place to go and relax, the view was great over the city and the airport

The hotel itself was a little aged but over all, a great spot to spend your time if you are catching a late flight

Pros:

The bed is so amazing after a long trip. Hotel located near the airport, but we didn’t hear any noise in the room. Staff very friendly. Breakfast amazing. Nice place to stay 1 night after a long trip

Cons:

1. Ковролин (напольный) в номерах требует замены, с 2017 г. не меняли.
2. Очень резкий запах освежителя и дизсредств. Аллергетикам и чувствительным к сильным запахам плохо.
3. Система вентиляции и кондиционирования требует прочистки.
4. Раньше в 2017 г. был зал с компьютерами, теперь там магазин.
5. Грязные окна в лифтовой шахте.

立地はいいが
Pros:

屋上プールがよかったのと、空港から近い立地もいい

Cons:

部屋を変えてもらったけど、最初案内された部屋の鍵が壊れてて一生閉まらなかった。エレベーター2基本ーあるうち1基壊れてた。エステのとこもクレジットカードの機械壊れててキャッシュオンリー。部屋でタバコ吸ってないのに、匂いがするとか言われてお金を請求されそうになった
