NOT FOR FOREIGNERS - CHINESE SPEAKERS ONLY
Pros:

Hotel for Chinese speakers only. NOBODY in the hotel speaks one single word of English.
poor house keeping : shower drain full of hair from previous guests, no room daily cleaning.
Staff of the restaurant spend their time with the mobile phone : no table cleaning/service - cooker not able to make sunny side eggs (uncooked)
dead cockroaches in the entrance lobby (6th floor)

Pros:

Very nice rooms, nice location. I don’t understand the complaints about the breakfast area because there was ample choice of continental and Chinese cuisine, all freshly prepared. Staff were very friendly and helpful, yet speak poorly English.

Cons:

The lobby isn’t on the 1st but the 6th floor. That makes the main entry on the 1st floor very poor, unprofessional. Just a small desk and a guard in a large empty hall. Weird and not up to standard with the rest of the hotel.

Modern hotel but not great for international business travelers
Pros:

Nice room with a good view

Cons:

Too much technology in the room. The toilet is fully automated and not necessary. Also there are so many light switches in the room, it takes ages to work out which switch to use. Breakfast choice very was limited, and for an international branded hotel, most of the staff speak no English, which isn’t great for business travel.

The property is well maintained but swimming pool facility is lack of safety standards because there is no life guard on duty and no towel provided for the hotel residents.
