Pros:

The air conditioner was not working. Noted the side window was opened but could not close it. Had to leave the curtain open so that cold air from outside can come in. As it was the new year eve, lots of fire works took place. It was so noisy that I could not sleep at all.

房間整潔乾淨，舒服，工作人員態度非常好，我訂的山景大床房，因窗戶對著主幹道有些吵，前台幫我換了安靜的房間，因有差價，還貼心的送了2杯咖啡給我。非常推薦大家去住這家在滇池附近的酒店！

Mix of classic older design with new modern tech. Cultural but accessible. Staff speaks English and have apps to translate if needed. Always make you feel welcome

Pros:

We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn for a night. This place deserves the 5 stars as the staff on duty at the front desk was very friendly, efficient. Breakfast was good. Thank you for making our stay comfortable with you friendly and warm welcoming team.

Pros:

Comfortability

Cons:

They have refund us 1700RMB, now 3 weeks exceeded but yet to receive our money. Never give them deposit more than what you should pay when you checkout. They never refund your money. Never expected this from a international hotel chain. Terrible.

Great place for short stay, excellence in customer service especially front office staff Liz, helpful and proactive.
