Would rather sleep in a dumpster behind a Waffle House during a hailstorm.

The walls and ceiling here are so thin they appear to have been assembled from leftover pizza boxes, dryer lint, and the manager’s last remaining shred of dignity.

We’re on the ground floor and it still sounds like two adolescent rhinos are playing hopscotch, slam-dancing, and possibly filming a nature documentary on tectonic plates directly above our heads.

Every footstep lands like a refrigerator being dropped from a second-story window. Every laugh sounds like someone is using a chainsaw as a laugh track. At one point I swear I heard a bowling ball roll the length of the room, bounce off the far wall, and then get kicked again for good measure. I half-expected the ceiling to crack open and a trunk to come through asking if we had any peanuts.

Complained to the manager twice. First time he nodded like a man who’d already accepted his fate. Second time he looked at the floor, mumbled something about "calling them again" and vanished faster than customer service at this property.

I think he’s less a manager and more a hostage who happens to have a name tag.

No sleep. Not even the good kind of no-sleep where you’re at least being entertained. Just the cheap, vibrating, drywall-trembling kind that makes you question every life choice that led you to this particular parking lot.

Will not return. Would not recommend to an enemy. Would not even recommend to the people upstairs — they clearly already live here in spirit.

Mice/rats

The AC is so old and noisy, so we can’t sleep at all.

We had rats in one of the rooms. Yes plural. My mom got bit by a spider in her room. Woke her up and saw it in the bed. The towels were very old looking. We also had to pay for an extra room and they only charged one night so it was a whole ordeal. That was when we found out we paid $100 more by going through you guys. I will be calling tomorrow to discuss.

The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows weren’t to my liking but that’s just me, others may love it. The shower head was a little low.

Bedspread kept sliding off the bed, very noisy and no breakfast

The room doesn't has closet

I found a spider in the bathroom and a wasp in the bedroom, the A/C unit was visibly moldy, and the entire place smelled strongly of must and trapped moisture.

The WiFi was out one night

No closet. I had to hang my clothes in the bathroom. The electrical outlet in the bathroom didn't work. We had trouble on both days with the television which required the staff to come into our room to figure it out.

The bathtub didn’t have a stopper , the covers were very thin , WiFi kept cutting in and out
