Nice place the shower head is low and bed was uncomfortable though

The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows weren’t to my liking but that’s just me, others may love it. The shower head was a little low.

Pros:

The rooms appeared clean and well kept.

Cons:

We had rats in one of the rooms. Yes plural. My mom got bit by a spider in her room. Woke her up and saw it in the bed. The towels were very old looking. We also had to pay for an extra room and they only charged one night so it was a whole ordeal. That was when we found out we paid $100 more by going through you guys. I will be calling tomorrow to discuss.

I could not get comfortable due to the blanket sliding off and the neighbors running up and down the hall late at nite

I found a spider in the bathroom and a wasp in the bedroom, the A/C unit was visibly moldy, and the entire place smelled strongly of must and trapped moisture.

No closet. I had to hang my clothes in the bathroom. The electrical outlet in the bathroom didn't work. We had trouble on both days with the television which required the staff to come into our room to figure it out.

It’s a very nice stay would be back

The bathtub didn’t have a stopper , the covers were very thin , WiFi kept cutting in and out

Our toilet was clogged and the staff just handed us a dirty plunger to do it ourselves

Cons:

The lights went out (at the end of a storm) and there was no communication of when the power would be on or anything. Ended up being hours after the storm ended when the power went on
