El servicio del personal del hotel es excelente, te hacen sentir en familia. Te ayuda en todo, y te recomiendan donde cenar y comprar cosas para llevarte al parque de Disney. El transporte sale temprano para llevarte al parque y te recogen.

It is a nice, clean hotel with very friendly staff. The owner/manager Derek Wu, in particular, is extraordinary. He was very helpful with all aspects of our stay in Shanghai. I would recommend this hotel, especially in light of Derek's hospitalities and care.

The staff at the hotel were really helpful and accommodating. We came in really late, they stayed up to help us check in and set us up for the night. Really helpful! Went above and beyond.

優點：服務員親切，酒店提供免費穿梭巴士到廸士尼樂園和上海野生動物園，附近餐廳，便利店充足。
缺點：酒店離南京路，市中心比較遠，房間沒有冰箱。

The place is amazing, it has easy acceso to a Subway station, so You can easily move around the city. I also loved my room, it was spacious and had everything I needed. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was always willing to help. Derek, the manager was super helpful and did much more for me than I would have expected. Woderful experience that I Will always be grateful for. I would for sure come back.

Simply great. Mr. Wu made us feel very welcome. Hotel very high standard with a good (Chinese) breakfast. Neighbourhood offered very good restaurants and snacks. Walking distance to restaurants and genuine Chinese neighbourhood away from Shanghai stressful environment. For us who has seen Shanghai appreciate closeness to Pudong airport and the peace that the neighbourhood offered on a 4 nights visit to Shanghai area.

I'm so in love with the room sophistications, completely computerize. CURTAINS,MUSIC,LIGHTS ETC. And classical vintage design.It's worth more than how much is cost daily,I will recommend anyone on a low budge and want to sleep better. The wild Animal Park is a few miles away and Disneyland as well. Don't miss out folks...

The manager so friendly and helpful. He can speak English very well. He direction me for many places and help me with all my questions.
Hotel very close to bus station to go to Disneyland resort and Shanghai animal park by taking a bus. And you can go to downtown by following the train station

設備は古いですが、洋式トイレであり、シャワーや
手洗いの水流も満足なレベルでした。
周辺もスーパーやコンビニ、飲食店が多数有り、
困る事は無いです。
ただ、アクセスが悪く、タクシー移動が必須なので、
ウーバーを上手く使えないとそこは不便です。
ホテル自体は値段の割に満足いく施設なので、
お勧めです。

とても親切でした。
ホテルの内装はとても綺麗で、若者向けです。
トイレも洋風便座なので安心しました。水周りも綺麗ですし、タクシー移動でしたらあまり立地も気になりませんでした。
ホテルとは関係ないですが、私が携帯を上海に落としてしまった際も、スタッフの方々が心配して、結果携帯を取り戻すことも出来ました。とても感謝しています。スタッフの皆さんとても親切でこんなに色々してくれるホテルは私自身初めてでおもてなしでは上海ナンバーワンなのではないでしょうか。

かなり遅い時間にチェックインしましたが、私たちが理解しやすいよう注意事項を丁寧に説明していただきました。また、旅行中に困ったことは全て教えてくれて、行きたいお店への行き方まで事前に調べてくださいました。旅行中不安なこと全て聞きましたが、丁寧かつ迅速にご対応していただき、本当に助かりました。
このホテルの方のおかげで、安心して旅行できたので、より楽しめました！
ホテルのお部屋も広く、綺麗で居心地よかったです。フロントのお姉さんたちが、朝や帰ってきた時に挨拶してくれたのも嬉しかったです。機会があればまた泊まりたいと思います！

I like this hotel. It is located in a new residential area in Pudong, approximately 30 minutes south of the Disney Resort and close to the Pudong Airport. The staff is helpful, flexible and friendly. A big plus for us, the hotel offers a morning shuttle service to the Disney Resort, with an evening return. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is typical Chinese breakfast. I like the bathroom setup, which is roomy.

Vey friendly staff, very clean Hotel.

Derrick was so helpful to me, he went above and beyond to help me get around Shanghai. I highly recommend this place, seriously!!!
