It accommodates international travellers, in language and also understanding different needs. The male at the reception is extremely friendly and polite, he was helpful when I needed to switch rooms and escort me.

Cons:

The female receptionist when I used my phone to translate to her that I don’t smoke and the room I am in seems to be a smoking room, the smell blocks my breathing, she immediately turned off the voice translation and called the male receptionist don’t even explain why she was not attending to me which I thought was rude. We all have the right to ask for preference if I offended her about smoking she could have done it in a more polite professional way.

Excellent value for money, comfortable and modern
Pros:

Room is always clean and comfortable. Cleaning staff Jenny spoke Cantonese and assisted us during our stay, thanks to her. Gym has a great view and was pretty good. Breakfast was very good, one of the best I’ve experienced anywhere.

Cons:

Just some things that could be improved, they are not major problems. Lobby has no toilet. Lobby staff speak little or no English. Hard to find hotel when walking from Futian cbd. The listing on Google maps is a totally wrong location. The pool only opened at 10am so I didn’t get to try it.

Pros:

Завтраки в целом хорошие, довольно неплохой выбор, хороший вид из ресторана.

Cons:

Нет халатов, нет шкафов или места где можно разместить одежду и чемоданы, нет сейфа. Розетки только китайского стандарта, но есть USB зарядка, причем Fast Charge.
