Great value and location
Pros:

Friendly staff, some know English.
Breakfast is good with chef taking orders if you like.
Coffee is OK too, rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Seems some guests ignore the no smoking rule, sometimes cigarette butts near elevator and toilets on first floor. Staff should be more strict on this.

Also, our room was on the 20+ floor. Someone was smoking next to escalator but no smoke or fire alarm went off. Are they even working??

One of the better holiday inn hotels we stayed at. Great location right across Sinomall.

Cons:

Sometimes bland breakfast, not much fruit left if you come after 8:30.
