Scam, terrible experience

Cons:

It’s a scam place.

Despite a confirmed online booking and early arrival, the staff told me that all rooms are sold out, I showed him several times my booking and translated with google translate, however, he insisted the only available room is the family room for 3x times the price of my booking (he wanted to make extra money). He was clearly lying to me and trying to trick me because I checked and at least two rooms (double and twin) were available and ready for check-in. Don’t stay here.

This place should be removed by booking and the staff should be fired immediately!!!!

quiet place, comfortable and not far from the train station. Clean.

Cons:

bed cover and pillowcase are not good, they should be changed actually.

Pros:

When you accidentally check in to this hotel, please make sure the bed sheet has no blood stain and garbage bin is clean..
Thank God the AC was run great.

Cons:

They have exhaust fan next to the AC.
Why...??
