TERRIFIC STAFF at a very convenient Praya Lombok airport location for great value.
Pros:

I had accidentally overstayed my Indonesian visa — and was in a really agitated state. Annie the translator and Hanky the driver took me to Mataram to get money at a bank and then to immigration to settle my problems. They rescued me from a dreadful situation. Therefore, I think highly of this hotel.

Cons:

The mattress could be better. A bit HARD.

Good Airport Hotel
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, very close to airport, 7min drive, they offer private transfer for idr 60.000 , restaurant was excellent, nice clean pool

Cons:

Room could use some detail cleaning

It was clean and very close to the airport

Cons:

The free airport shuttle only runs during the morning, and not every day. They provide a “car service” for 60k, but using Grab was only 25k, including the parking fee. That’s not cool.
The laundry service was expensive and not very good. I had some sunscreen lotion stains on a shirt, and when I got it back the stains were still there. At my next location I just used a cheap laundromat on the street and they got the stains out.

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

Second time staying here just the day before my flight. I really like the hotel. Really close to airport. Rooms are comfortable and clean, staff very friendly and helpful. They have great room service 24hrs. I was working from the room and wifi was really good. I would definitely stay here again if I need to stay close to airport.
