Great location for airport
Pros:

Great location for airport, nice clean rooms, lovely hot shower. The reception staff were lovely and arranged free Airport shuttle

Cons:

Restaurant was a bit of a let down, hardly seemed to be any staff, we gave up on ordering dessert.
Good selection at breakfast but the tea was empty and alot of fruit flies around the fruit section

Ideal stay for airport
Pros:

Ideal location to get to the airport, they offer a free shuttle too and it’s so close. They have an on site restaurant (the oxtail fried rice was good). Gym facilities are good. Staff are very helpful!

Cons:

One of the room’s sheets/ bathroom wasn’t properly clean but the staff rectified this quickly. The pool was under maintenance when we arrived and the next day the water looked a tad murky so I didn’t use it.

I paid 60k IDR for a taxi to the airport and they didn’t inform me that I would drive with others.. to be honest, for 60k for a 6minuttes taxi ride.. I was expecting a private taxi as I asked for..

Zweckmäßig, nichts für lange Aufenthalte.
Pros:

Gut gelegen für Zwischenstopps vom Flughafen Lombok. Sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Die Fenster waren nicht zu öffnen, dadurch hat es extrem modrig im Zimmer gerochen. Schimmel war nicht zusehen, aber der Geruch lässt vermuten dass dieser überstrichen wurde oder anderweitig vorhanden war.

liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, Fenster undicht und keine Lärmreduktion, ekelhaftes Begrüßungsgetränk
verschmutzter Pool voller Algen und Ungeziefer, nicht benutzbar, ungepflegter Außenbereich, kleines schmutziges Gym,
alles ungepflegt und renovierungsbedürftig, Zimmer mit Sprüngen in den Fliesen, ohne Kühlschrank, Abfluss stinkt und funktioniert nicht, Duschabfluss übelriechend, Toilettensitz verunreinigt, hellhörig bei jeglichem Lärm im Gang
das "SWISS" im Namen hält nicht, was man sich dadurch erwartet - unglückliche Namenswahl. Man freut sich jedenfalls sehr, das Land nach diesem Aufenthalt zeitnahe zu verlassen
