Would love to come back and stay longer because of the nice staff
Pros:

Super breakfast - nice choise of Indonesian and Western food. Dinner was also very good.

Very cheerful and friendly staff. Lots of hellos and smiles! - The reception was exceptional. I was in Lombok to look for an old friend, and the staff went out of their way to help me find transportation and locate his village, incl. a very friendly debrief when I came back from my "expedition".

I really liked the hotel!

Cons:

Wish there was a village or some local life around the hotel. It is quite close to the airport - convenient - but a little "in the middle of nowhere", which is not the hotel's fault.

excellent customer service. excellent location.
Pros:

the prompt customer service, probably the only hotel which tried to reach me via whatsapp to confirm reservation details. very quick replies to questions sent over whatsapp.

Cons:

aircon was not working well, and we sweated quite a bit at night.

Airport Hotel
Pros:

Close to the airport, but too far for walking. The Hotel offers a free shuttle after 8am, if you must go earlier, you pay 60.000 Rupiah. They have a pool, if the cold water does not scare you. The breakfast is ok.

Cons:

You hear the noise from the road, better use earplugs. If you want to use the hotel after landing at the airport, the taxi charges you 100.000 Rupiah. There is nothing in walking distance around the Hotel.
