The staff make this place great.
Pros:

All the staff from cleaning guys to particularly the man named Hendi. Even though he's a cook but he always helped me in many different ways like arranging transport, translating & making delicious foods based on my requests etc. The location is also excellent central & close to malls, markets and restaurants.

Cons:

Black walls in all rooms which is very depressing, not hot water in showers & all rooms being smoking. Bathroom ceilings leaking or molds, unreliable Wi-Fi in the rooms, overall poor maintenance as this hotels needs some repairs & refurbishments.

No compassion and understanding

Cons:

They sold my room before arriving. I had sent them a message we would arrive after midnight.
As we arrived with 3 little children they has sold the family room.

We had to ask for 4 separate room instead but the staff started a long discussion while children were very tired and crying.

After more than 30 minutes they gave us the keys.
