the room kinda spacious, comfortable bed & toilet. have Netflix soo good, close a lot of cafe & others places. staff good, Love the design of the room

my first day here kinda disappointed, i think the staff from laundry mybe ( all guys ) keep ring my bell too many times till tmrow morning, was so scary as a women I feel not safe at all. the keep talking laughing till morning. so noisy & make my mood down. already reported to the staff but keep happen till tomorrow morning. so disappointed bout this. cause hotel must be a comfort place to rest but this happen to me so disappointed too much. I need to exchange my schedule important work tomorrow cause I didn’t have enough rest. sorry to say this but pls doin something

Pros:

The room was spacious and included a sofa that was big enough for an adult to sleep.

Cons:

The room card is only one and needs a deposit. Quite troublesome since you need it to access the lift.

Pros:

Property is off the main road, but close to local food favorites (serabi notosuman, sosis Solo) also 4 minute walk to a batik store. Lobby is small and tight parking is available. Rooms are spacious and stylishly decorated. Very pleased with stay. One down side, there were people swimming past midnight the first night of our stay. They could be heard from the rooms facing the pool. Strict pool hours should be enacted/access to pool should be limited to normal hours. Despite this would definitely consider staying here again.

Pros:

Location is the best. On the same street as all Solo oleh-oleh and close to pasar Gede and Klewer. Staff were super professional and pleasant. The room was clean and shower pressure was powerful.
