DEJAVU 2.0 HOTEL LABUAN BAJO KOMODO

Maravilloso y perfecto desde que entramos hasta que salimos. Lo que destaca por encima de todo, y todo es excelente, es el equipo humano.

Close to pier and restaurants. Room was a bit small but clean and nice.

L’hotel si trova in una posizione strategica, proprio di fronte al porto di Labuan Bajo, ed è stato l’unico motivo per cui lo abbiamo scelto. Per il resto, sapevamo già dalle recensioni che non ci saremmo trovati bene. Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera standard che, tutto sommato, era piuttosto pulita, ma molto piccola e priva di finestre, cosa che trasmette una sensazione di soffocamento. Inoltre, la porta non è una vera porta, bensì una vetrata scorrevole coperta da tende oscuranti, che non garantisce una reale percezione di privacy.
Altro punto negativo è la doccia: nel giro di pochi minuti il bagno si allaga completamente, con 2–3 cm d’acqua su tutto il pavimento.
La cosa peggiore, però, è il rumore: durante la notte, il locale/discoteca situato sotto l’hotel diffonde musica ad altissimo volume fino all’alba, rendendo impossibile dormire. Nemmeno a Ibiza avevo mai sperimentato una situazione simile di disagio!

Posizione strategica in pieno centro, aeroporto raggiungibile in 25 minuti a piedi.
Molto comodo anche per la vicinanza al porto e ai bar/ristoranti.
Camera ampia e letti comodi.

Da migliorare decisamente l'insonorizzazione delle finestre (siamo capitati in un momento di festa al porto e sarebbe stato bello isolarsi di più).

It's a stay pre and post diving. Location is good. Near to convenience store and food area. Near to Jetty for boarding so it's great.

I literally booked a family room that was supposed to have two queen beds, but when I checked in, my room was already given to someone else. They gave me a room with only one bed and said that no other rooms were available. It was very terrible because my husband had to sleep on the floor. I booked the room more than two months in advance, how could they give it to someone else on that day? This hotel is very unreliable.

Mais sinon très bien placé, un balcon et un personnel sympa

Fantastic location, lovely staff, great rooftop seating. The only issue was the shower overflowing into the bathroom area. A little bit noisy with the nightclub below and the mosque. Would return again though as the positives outweighed the negatives.

Det var et super fint sted, dog et småt værelse i forhold til hvad billederne viste, men super pænt alligevel. Det eneste ærgerlige var at rooftop var lukket og “under maintenance”. Så der var hverken mulighed for mad eller pool på hotellet på noget tidspunkt:(

Bien situé, le personnel gentil l’hôtel est propre mais l’ascenseur ne fonctionne pas et le week end la boite de nuit juste à côté pas top

Arrivée vers 19h et nous avons pas eu notre chambre car ils nous trouvez pas sur leur ordi. Pourtant nous avions notre numéro de resa qui confirmait que nous avions bien pris et payé nos chambres.. du coup nous avons attendu pendant 1heure30 dans le hall comme des chiens à essayer de résoudre un problème qui ne nous concerné pas..même pas une boisson fraîche proposée. Bref l’hôtel est en dessous d’une boîte de nuit donc bruit assuré à partir de 23h jusqu’à 4:30 du matin! Et à 5h du matin les bateaux qui arrivent et qui klaxonnent Vraiment pas top comme hôtel mais c’est à proximité de tout. J’y retournerais pas. Vraiment pas top à part le confort du lit… si vous arrivez à dormir !!!

L’hotel è a 50 mt dal porto turistico, e sulla principale strada di sorong comodissimo a ristoranti e negozi. Buono, nuovo e pulito. Il problema è la comunicazione. Ho avuto bisogno di comunicare con loro alcuni giorni prima del mio arrivo ed è stato impossibile. Non rispondono al telefono e nemmeno tramite expedia….

The location is perfect and the staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is located next to the harber so when you are doing a Komodo trip you can walk to the boat. I really recommend staying at DEJAVU 2.0 HOTEL LABUAN BAJO KOMODO if you are going to visit Labuan Bajo. Thank you so much guys.

DONT COME TO THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT RELAX, there is a disco downstairs super noisy, we couldn’t sleep in all the night's, and after the beach we asked for a shower before go to the airport, even paying he was very unfriendly saying that they were full and it wasn’t true, I checked online and a lot of rooms were available, never again

We had a booking at this hotel for our tour to Komodo Island, sadly our tour and our flights were cancelled due to a volcano eruption in Flores and we couldn’t make it, we tried talking to the hotel and they were extremely closed to helping or refunding our money even though it was definitely not our choice, so I am a bit biased as to my review and their terrible policies and customer service.

Good location for boat trips. Noisy at night.

Everything was alright, but beds were very firm/hard and shower would flood the bathroom. There was no lip to stop the water from coming out all over the rest of the bathroom floor and drain for it was in a terrible spot so the water could drain into and no extra towels to clean up the water. Rooftop lounge was nice and had a beautiful view and seating area.
