The property was a Great location
Front desk staff were lovely check in was very easy

Cons:

Cleaning staff on our last day we come back to our room early and there were 6 female cleaners inside our room two were going through our bag and one cleaning staff was wearing our things that were in that bag ( glasses ) two male staff a security guard and male staff member were standing at the door watching.
I informed the manager straight away he took them to speak to them and said he would come back and never came back. Nothing was missing as we walked in as they were going through our things. 15 times to Bali and never have I had this ever happen to us very disappointing.

Advertised facilities on bookings that they don’t have available in the rooms or the hotel.

Ok per una notte
Pros:

Posizione perfetta, direttamente lungo la passeggiata e a due passi dal porto, comoda soprattutto per una notte di transito. La struttura è di livello tre stelle: adeguata per un soggiorno breve, mentre la sceglierei meno volentieri per una permanenza più lunga. Non ha piscina. Noi avevamo una camera familiare ai piani alti con vista mare, che consiglio per gli ampi spazi e soprattutto per la bella vista. Avendo prenotato con largo anticipo, abbiamo pagato un prezzo molto conveniente, quindi nel complesso siamo rimasti soddisfatti.

Cons:

Anche se l’hotel è relativamente nuovo si vede già l’usura nei mobili e nelle finiture.

Nice & comfortable stay, if you get a clean room
Pros:

Very central to everything you need! Rooftop bar is large and spacious. Good sized room and bathroom, but only once we insisted on a change

Cons:

The first room we were shown into had a very dirty bathroom, black gunk all through the shower & base of the toilet. I had to be rather insistent that if I am paying the price of one of the most expensive hotels on that road, I at least want a clean room. It took some persuasion to allow me to switch room to one that was much cleaner. Location is almost too good… you get a lot of noise from the main street. Bar did not have any beer! But fortunately they allowed us to BYO, so a win in the end

Angenehmer ruhiger Aufenthalt, super Lage am Hafen für Ausflüge, hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Sehr schönes großes Familienzimmer. Wir hatten das Zimmer im 1. Stock. Hier haben wir sehr ruhig geschlafen auch die Moschee haben wir nicht gehört, es war sehr leise. Super gelegen, direkt am Hafen, perfekt für Bootsausflüge. Wasserspender im Flur. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und organisiert unter anderem auch Fahrer zum Flughafen oder für Tagesausflüge.

God beliggenhed men desværre med ringe rengøring

Fin beliggenhed- tæt på havn og midt på
Hovedgaden.

Cons:

Vi har for to år siden besøgt hotellet og dengang var det rent og pænt og der var den dejligste rooftop terrasse med liggestole mv. Nu er der beskidt og rooftop terrassen er lukket.
Et beskidt lagen og bademåtte blev ikke skiftet de 4 nætter vi boede der.

Habitaciones con ruido insoportable
Pros:

La ubicación, podría ser lo único bueno. En la calle principal de Labuan bajo, cerca de empresas de buceo, excursiones y restaurantes.

Cons:

El ruido es insoportable por el tráfico de la calle, incluso el propio hotel te deja algunos tapones, las ventanas no están selladas ni bien aisladas acústicamente. Ellos tampoco te ayudan y te reubican en habitaciones que dan hacia el otro lado con menos ruido ya que prefieren venderlas mucho más caras pese a estar disponibles. No reponen toallas limpias, ni limpian bien la habitación solo estiran un poco las sábanas. No lo recomendaría para nada.
