The location, the willingness of the staff.

Cons:

Big complaint. We booked a stay with the possibility of payment on the spot. Upon arrival at the reception they wanted double (590000 IDR). I disagreed and referred to the price in the booking. They replied that I could go look for other accommodation.

Overcharged!
Pros:

Cheap.

Cons:

There was no signboard or anything indicating the hotel which made it was difficult to find. The hotel located further in the building which was behind the parking garage. The worst part was I was overcharged which the hotel claimed that the price quoted in Booking.com was too low and they needed to charge more. This was unacceptable.
