Nothing, the owner pretended he didn't receive the reservation, let me wait for 2 hours, didn't answer my messages and calls. I never had the opportunity to stay there and never get reimbursed either. I'm very disappointed and lost my money.

Location is really good
No shower gel, no toilet paper, bathroom not clean. Extremely poor WiFi connection
Staff was always smiling. Especially when they understand nothing.
There were no hot water. At all. Even after I told about it to the receptionist. Twice.
Nothing really. Really learned my lesson about a budget stay.
The receptionist was so clear about the property being a non smoking room. But when we entered the room, it reeks of cigarette smell. It was so strong that we refused to stay in that room and asked to change. But the other room we got looked even worse, and it seemed like someone sat on the bed before we came. We decided that we'd rather sleep in the room with cigarette smell than a dirty room. But it's all bad. And the bathroom.... I won't even start.

Good location, great local restaurants nearby or within walking distance.
Staff was helpful and friendly.
Room size decent, with fridge and desk.
Water fountain with cold water available in the hall.
Cons;
The WIFI is absolutly Terrible, unuseable ( connected without internet 85% of the time)
Dirty/stained, towels, sheets, bedding.( Smelled clean but had visable stains on all)
Shower was filthy as well as the toilet. (mild, stains etc)
Ac working but just blowing air, not cool at all.
Roof and building damaged, outdated, holes in ceiling.

The room stank of smoke, this was our biggest annoyance as it was a ‘non smoking room’. We were in room 101 (the first room off the lobby) so it was noisy and even had someone trying to get in our room one night.
The bathroom was dirty, the water smelled funky and hot water was hit and miss. The fridge only worked some of the time too.
Not a great location for exploring Jakarta - recommend not staying here and instead stay in Kota Tua area.

It’s location. Very near to Mega Kuniangan. There is a japanese restaurant and coffee shop at the same building. There are also some traditional restaurants and Circle K nearby.
The staff were helpful and kind. I asked them to give me more toilet paper and change the towel and they did it well.
The room also spacious, has small fridge and cattle. They didn’t serve bottled water but water dispenser always available. The price is affordable tho.
Overall I had no issue. But for sure the property has the space for improvement. Since the property is old, maybe retouching will make a huge impact.

The hot water is not working. Toilet is not clean. No drinking water even toiletries they dont provide it so i have to buy my own.
