Arrived to find there were no rooms left!!

Cons:

Booked 1 month in advance. Arrived at 11:30pm after a full day of travelling to find there were no rooms left! Despite messaging that day to confirm our arrival time.

Pros:

Room Service foods were exquisite. Glad I told the staff directly. The price was decent, and the qualities were great! The staffs were treating us good and they respect your privacy nicely. Everything works well in this place!

For budget travelers.
Pros:

It’s clean. Looks nice. Water cooler on every floor.

Cons:

Surprise: a notice at the counter informed guests that minimum per room is 170k rup. a night despite booking.com rate that was lower. It said that if I don’t want to pay that, I can cancel and get a refund. I was confused why they did that. The staff said it is because they have asked booking.com to change the rate online but it hasn’t been done. The hot water is not hot at all. Air conditioner stopped working and had to change to another room. Staff doesn’t speak English but was very willing to help.
