Wonderful hotel with a beautiful aesthetic. In a lovely location in pererenan. The room was lovely and very comfortable amenities. Love the toiletries provided!
Water pressure in the shower and bathtub could be improved, handheld shower ran out of water very quickly.

Awful A/C motor noise and no remote control provided (just at the wall for “design” purpose, yet doesn’t offer much options and very disturbing noise of motor, fan, etc)
Rooms had Innovative interior design.
Poolside restaurant had a nice layout and breakfast was very good.
Location of a future branch may be better at Sanur.
The staircase to the room in the upper floor should have more lighting and a handrail specifically for seniors. OR for senior guests, they should only be assigned at the ground floor.

We booked one of the better and bigger roomed, paid more but it was right next to the road… we couldn’t sleep as the sounds of the road and cars were incredibly loud. We were lucky they swapped us to another room but it ended up being much smaller..
unfortunately in the smaller room, the aircon was leaking and the water leaked all over our clothes and bag.
The rooms were also incredibly dark, which is fantastic aesthetically but practically, wasn’t ideal
Nous avons adoré notre séjour. L’hôtel nous a séduit par son esthétique : une architecture contemporaine et un univers Japandi.
J’ai particulièrement aimé les attentions qui ponctuent le séjour, du choix des thés au Bento cake offert pour célébrer notre anniversaire, sans oublier les produits de douche et la brume pour le visage.
La cuisine est délicieuse, smoothies et healthy bowl.
Mention spéciale au rooftop pool bar, à la fois très esthétique et intimiste, comme un cocon au cœur de la ville.

Everything, modern, clean. Rooftop pool & breakfast was great.
My room was on street side so noisy however they give you earplugs. Not a real problem for me however may bother others.
Location… breakfast was good….staff were great
Rooms were a bit too complicated.. buttons, switches, sliding doors. The bed was hard to get in and out of and the chairs were also uncomfortable and difficult to get out of.
Lots of stairs going up to room which were poorly lit. Shower pressure was terrible.
Most aesthetically beautiful hotel I have ever been to! On top everything is great ! The attention to detail is incredible! The bed, the art, the incense, the smells, the service!

Absolutely stunning room, incredible service - smelt good, felt good, and the perfect proximity to shops and restaurants. The pool upstairs was a standout. Great place to spend half a day reading and sipping. The room playlist was exceptional.
