Spacious room and comfortable beds.

Cons:

No towels in 1 of our rooms and only 1 towel in another room and took a while for towels to be delivered to our room when we arrived. More attention to details in the bathroom cleanliness especially shower and silicon needs to be replaced. I would prefer bottled waters.

Only a ten minute drive from the airport. Situate in a quiet location considering the hotels central location, within easy walking distance to nearby amenities.

Cleanliness of the hotel is very good. The room and Bed size were good and comfortable, ensuring good quality sleep with quiet functioning a/c. Adjustable room lighting created a pleasant room ambiance.

The Bathroom, counter space, water pressure, and cleanliness are good.

Views from the room window were uninterrupted and noise free.

Cleanliness of the room was maintained by daily housekeeping with no damage to all items within the room.

The room and all hotel areas has good Wi-Fi speed/reliability.

The hotel pool, spa, and gym are all regularly maintained ensuring constant cleanliness.

The On-site dining experience, food quality, variety and pricing was good, especially the preparation, and wide variety selection of the breakfast buffet.

Check-in/Check-out and during stay experience was exceptional due to the diligent hotel Staff helpfulness, friendliness and responsiveness, providing assistance and local advice at all times.

A huge thanks to all staff who made my stay at the hotel memorable.

Overrated 4 star hotel
Pros:

Next time back to Hotel La Haseinda.
Cheaper, nicer, more relaxed, better food and a much nicer atmosphere.

Cons:

Rooms are not soundproof at all. You hear children running on the corridor, you can hear the doorbell from other rooms. Even the guy next door snoring you can hear.

The google system does not work at all. QR codes for the restaurants menu are not up to date.
The restaurant is horrible. Many items sold out , which of course is possible. But the next day it's still the same.

Amazing Breakfast
Pros:

The breakfast was honestly the best we had in Indonesia, an incredible buffet with so many fresh and delicious options. Everything was beautifully presented and full of flavor.

The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, always greeting guests with a smile and making sure everyone felt welcome.

A truly wonderful experience that made our stay even more memorable!
