Pros:

A simple and comfortable hotel
This was my second stay here, and I got a pretty good rate for the weekend
It was a pleasant experience; the room was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable
The location is easily accessible
The staff were incredibly friendly
There is a coffee station in the lobby area where you can sit back and relax while watching the activity around you

The staff were absolutely amazing! Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They always had a smile on their faces and made us feel right at home.

I absolutely loved the vibe—it was warm, relaxed, and genuinely positive. They really made the whole experience even better.

Cons:

I didn’t enjoy my stay. The music playing in the hallways was very loud, making it difficult to relax. The hotel also felt poorly maintained—some of the doors didn’t close properly.

I found a cockroach in the bathroom, there was a strong musty smell, and I noticed mold on the curtains and in the bathroom. The towels also smelled unpleasant.

Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance did not meet my expectations, and I don’t think the hotel reflects the price they charge.

Все эти фотографии и описание — просто сущая ложь.

Отель нужно полностью ремонтировать. Буквально всё. Начиная со входа: как только заходишь, сразу стоит запах затхлости. Там же находится место для курения, и там же утром люди завтракают. Полная антисанитария.

Что касается персонала — они очень сильно стараются. Настолько стараются, что иногда это заметно даже сквозь силу. Делали всё, что могли, и я их понимаю: в таком месте, чтобы нормально работать, нужны ресурсы, которых у них просто нет.

Я посмотрел четыре номера и в конечном итоге заселился в люкс, за который ещё и доплатил сверху.

Всё скрипит. Скрипит пол, стены, шкафы. Постельное бельё старое, буквально пропитано грязью и уже скоро порвётся. Попросил поменять — ребята сразу поменяли, за что им большое спасибо. Очень отзывчивые.

Попросил дать новые полотенца. Именно новые. Принесли вроде бы что-то поновее, потому что те, что были сначала, тоже почти рвались и неприятно пахли.

Везде сильный износ. Всё пропитано грязью: стены, углы, мебель. И, как уже говорил, всё скрипит — пол, шкафы, стены.

В комнате очень мало света. Просто катастрофически мало.

Шторы, видимо, вообще не открывают, чтобы скрыть замазанные стены, которые уже покрыты несколькими слоями штукатурки.

Открываешь окно в люксе — перед тобой другая стена и какой-то человек из соседнего здания, который вышел туда покурить.

Так же забыл сказать про лобби отеля — там вообще воняет сыростью от ковролана.

В общем, я не знаю, почему люди не пишут о таком. Лично я не смог уснуть. И ещё специально сделали через Booking невозвратный тариф. У меня это уже второй такой случай: деньги потом возвращаются очень долго и только после долгого футбола между отелем и самим Booking. Поэтому я решил остаться, но так и не поспал. Просто пролежал до утра и выселился.

This hotel needs a complete renovation. Literally everything. From the moment you walk in, you’re hit with a musty smell.
