Mauvaise expérience
Cons:

Another time in South Sumatra, Bandar Lampung, I had a bad experience. I booked a room and when I arrived, I waited for about three hours without finding anyone. I called the host, but he didn’t answer, which forced me to look for another hotel. I booked a room, but the host insisted on only accepting cash and local currency. I asked him to give me until the next day to exchange some euros, but he refused, which forced me to look for another place outside Booking. Unfortunately, Booking deducted the amount from me for that night, even though it wasn’t my fault and I was under a force majeure.

Dirty. Unprofessional. Don’t recommend
Cons:

It said “24 hour reception”, I arrived 11 pm and stood outside waiting for about 1 hour. They didn’t respond messages here on booking and the phone number didn’t work. The personal that came after 1 hour was unprofessional.

The room was diiiiirty. Dirty sheets, dirty blanket, dirty pillow case. Toilet stinked of urine, you couldn’t flush the toilet. The sink was removed.
Tv didn’t work.
