Pros:

I love this property. It's just that there was a problem w the HOT WATER, WATER PRESSURE, and ICE MACHINE. The maintenance crew worked very hard and unstoppable until the HOT WATER leak was repaired.

Cons:

I had to request my room be cleaned instead of me being asked if and when I wanted my room cleaned. I had to ask for clean towels instead of them being brought to me every couple of days. Damages to the room from an animal should be repaired before booking the room again.

Customer service the room, the parking the people refrigerator was leaking the floor was wet called the front desk he said he was sending someone to fix the problem no one came .. bathrooms wasn’t clean

Never staying again. Horrendous.
Pros:

Location was close to interstate.

Cons:

The room we paid for wasn’t available. We were told they didn’t have king rooms even though we paid for it and they didn’t give us any other option besides two doubles.
Pretty sure they just had painted over black mold. Just disgusting stay overall. Staff was not friendly.
