Stunning hotel with stunning views
Pros:

I loved the cleanliness of the entire hotel. Everything was very comfortable. The staff put a lot of effort into being hospitable and helpful. We booked the room with the onsen (spa) overlooking the rice fields and I have to say BOOK THIS ROOM!! It was amazing and I will definitely be returning.

Cons:

Had to drive a bit to get to the main Ubud city centre. But it wasn’t a big deal because that gave us an excuse to hire a scooter.

الطاقم كان رائع بحق ومتعاونين جدا جدا كأنك ضيفهم الوحيد
مشروب ترحيبي عند الوصول
حجزنا رحلة للشلال ومنها الى كوتا بسعر طيب وسياره فارهه

الغرف واسعة جدا ونظيفة وجديدة وغير مستهلكة
يوفر شاتل الى المدينة الساعة 9 و 2 يوميا

Cons:

الأفطار من قائمة وليس نظام بوفيه ومافهمت دفعت مبلغ قالوا لانك طلبت من نفس القائمة مرتين عموما للي يحب نظام البوفية والتنوع ما بتحصله هنا.

المنتجع ليس رحب وواسع مساحته لكنه نظيف ورائع وهاديء

Jättebra hotell med en unik upplevelse
Pros:

Väldigt fint hotell och trevlig personal. Ingår Yogapass vissa dagar vilket var en bonus. Frukosten var väldigt bra och man beställer frukosten från en meny som varieras från dag till dag. Mycket bra hellhet.

Непоганий готель за свої гроші
Pros:

Гарний готель з непоганим сервісом. З плюсів: готель новий, привітний персонал, доглянутий, гарна територія, поруч рисові тераси, великі номери , де є все необхідне, стильний дизайн, є джакузі, смачні сніданки!

Cons:

Мінуси: в бассейні дуже холодна вода, купатись майже немождиво, розташування в селі - поруч майже нічого немає, транферт про який пише готель здійснюється лише двічі на день в Убуд, і 1 раз назад з Убуду ,при цьому потрібно його бронювати за добу.
Незрозуміла політика готелю щодо заміни номеру ,попросили змінити сімейний номер на віллу, виставили вартість, яка в 3 рази перевищує вартість на booking та на їх офіційному сайті, чому так - відповідь від готелю чекаємо вже 2 тиждень, знаходячись вдома) . Видно просто хотіли розвести на гроші, не подумали, що хтось перевіряє реальну вартість, чим залишили негавне враження. Також забули привітати з Днем Народження, після нагадування родини - прикрасили постіль.

The hotel was exceptional. We loved the service, the location. We stayed at a rooftop villa and it was so spacious comfortable and we loved the private pool.
